यूँ तो भारत में कुछ भी संभव है, लेकिन शायद ही किसी ने सोचा होगा कि गाँव में गोबड़ से बने उपले भी अब ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध है. राजस्थान के कोटा शहर के तीन युवा उद्यमी अपने 15 साल पुराने डेयरी के पारिवारिक व्यवसाय को एक अलग अंदाज में आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं. अब यह उद्यमी ई-कामर्स साइट Amazon पर उपले (गाय के गोबर के) बेच रहे हैं. APEI ऑर्गेनिक फूड्स के तीन निदेशकों में से एक अमनप्रीत सिंह ने कहा कि हमें इस व्यापार में संभावनाएं दिखीं. बीते तीन महीने से हम Amazon पर उपले बेच रहे हैं.
यह उपले क्वार्टर प्लेट के आकार के हैं और इनकी कीमत प्रति दर्जन 120 रुपए है. मौजूदा समय में हम हर हफ्ते 500 से 1000 उपले बेच रहे हैं. सिंह ने कहा कि हमें अच्छी प्रतिक्रिया मिल रही है. खास तौर से मुंबई, दिल्ली और पुणे से. उपलों को इस तरह पैक किया जा रहा कि यह टूटे नहीं.
बता दें कि उपले या कंडे या गोइठा को गाय या भैंस के गोबर को हाथ से आकार देकर और फिर धूप में सुखाकर तैयार किया जाता है. गीले गोबर को आम तौर पर ग्रामीण महिलाएं हाथ से आकार देती हैं और यह प्रक्रिया उपले पाथना कहलाती है. सूखने के पश्चात इनका भंडारण एक गोबर और भूसे से बनी कोठरी जिसे बिटौरा कहते हैं, में किया जाता है. इनका उपयोग ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खाना पकाने में प्रयुक्त होने वाले ईंधन के रूप में लकड़ियों के साथ या बिना लकड़ियों के किया जाता है.
आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से भी गोबर की बड़ी उपयोगिता है. गाय के गोबर से बने उपलों से हवन कुंड की अग्नि प्रज्वलित की जाती है. विभिन्न मांगलिक कार्यों में भी इसका उपयोग किया जाता है.
इंटरनेट में सिमटती दुनिया में कपड़े, खिलौने, किताबें और कई सारी चीजों के बाद अब गोबर भी ऑनलाइन बिक्री के लिए उपलब्ध है. ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइट्स पर गोबर से बने उपले-कंडे बिकने लगे हैं. यही नहीं, गाय से जुड़े उत्पाद आप तक घर बैठे पहुंचाने वाली कई कंपनियां भी बाजार में हैं. तमाम ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग साइट्स इन कंडों की शानदार पैकिंग में होम डिलीवरी कर रही हैं. फ्लिपकार्ट, ईबे, शॉपक्लूज, वेदिक गिफ्ट शॉप, अमेजन आदि साइट्स पर ये बिक रहे हैं. बताते चलें कि उपले बेचने वाली कुछ साइट्स पर इसके महत्व के बारे में भी बताया गया है. इसका इस्तेमाल सदियों से घरेलू ईंधन के रूप में किया जाता रहा है. कई ऐसे पकवान हैं, जो उपलों पर ही बनते हैं. इससे जाहिर है कि भारतीय गाय के गोबर के उपलों का व्यापार अब वैश्विक आकार ले चुका है. तेजी से शहरी होती जा रही देश की आबादी के लिए अब यह सब दुर्लभ होता जा रहा है. यही वजह है कि देश और देश के बाहर खास अवसरों पर इन उपलों की मांग बढ़ रही है.
गोबर गैस प्लांट से बिजली बनाना तो सबको मालूम है लेकिन उत्तरप्रदेश में कुल्हड़ में गोबर से बिजली पैदा करने का अनोखा प्रयोग हो रहा है. ऑनलाइन सेल में अब गाय के गोबर से बना कंडा, उपला या गोइठा भरपूर मात्रा में बाजार में बिक्री के लिए उपलब्ध है. डिस्काउंट है, घर पर डिलिवरी हो रही है. डिलिवरी के समय ही पैसा चुकाने की भी सुविधा है. शॉपक्लूज डॉट कॉम पर यह ऑनलाइन सुविधा उपलब्ध है. यहां एक बड़ा उपला 220 रुपये में उपलब्ध है तो छोटे-छोटे 24 उपले 120 रुपये में भी. चूंकि जमाना ऑर्गेनिक का चल रहा है तो ऑर्गेनिक उपले भी 120 रुपये में मिल जा रहे हैं. इन उपलों पर 31 फीसदी से लेकर 70 फीसदी तक का डिस्काउंट मिल रहा है.
वैदिक गिफ्ट शॉप पर कंडे मिल रहे हैं. सूरत की कम्पनी पूनम नैचुरल गाय के गोबर से जलावन के अलावा गौ मूत्र भी बेच रही है. इंडियामार्ट की वेबसाइट थोक में उपले बेच रही है. धार्मिक कार्यों में गाय के गोबर से स्थान को पवित्र किया जाता है. गाय के गोबर से बने उपले से हवन कुंड की अग्नि जलायी जाती है. आज भी गांवों में महिलाएं सुबह उठ कर गाय के गोबर से घर के मुख्य द्वार को लीपती हैं. गौक्रांति डॉट ओआरजी पर गाय का गोबर उपलब्ध है. यह कंपनी अपना कच्चा माल गुजरात से लेकर भोपाल तक की लगभग 15 गौशालाओं से आपूर्ति कर रही है.
