Saarthi Yojna: यूजीसी की सारथी योजना में बिहार का सिर्फ पटना विश्वविधालय का चयन हुआ है। सूबे के अन्य 10 विश्वविधालयों को इस योजना से बाहर कर दिया गया है। यूजीसी ने देश भर से चयनित विश्वविधालय की सूची अपनी वेबसाइट पर जारी कर दी है। आपको बता दें कि यूजीसी ने नई शिक्षा नीति के प्रचार के लिए सारथी योजना की शुरूआत की है। साल 2023 के मई महीने में सभी विश्वविधालय से इस बाबत आवेदन मांगे गए थे। जिनका चयन उपलब्ध संसाधनों के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
यूजीसी अपने सारथी योजना में विश्वविधालयों और कॉलेजों के छात्रों को विकाश एवं कौशल से जुड़ी ट्रेनिंग देगी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छात्रों को नई शिक्षा नीति के बारे में बताना है और यूजीसी द्वारा दिए गए ट्रेनिंग के बाद अन्य क्षात्रों को इसके फायदों के बारे में बताना है। यूजीसी की इस योजना में चयनित विश्वविधालय और कॉलेज के छात्रों को सारथी कहा जाएगा।
यूजीसी द्वारा जारी सूची में झारखंड और यूपी से सबसे ज्यादा विश्वविधालयों का चयन किया गया है। झारखंड के 12 में दो और यूपी के चार विश्वविधालयों का चयन यूजीसी की सारथी योजना के लिए किया गया है। बिहार से कुल 11 में से एक ही विश्वविधालय का चयन किया गया है। यूजीसी के सारथी योजना में मध्यप्रदेश के छह विश्वविधालय का चयन किया गया है।
सारथी योजना का उद्देश्य विश्वविधालय परिसर में नई शिक्षा नीति के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना है। इससे जुड़े लोग नई शिक्षा नीति को लागू करने के लिए विश्वविधालय और कॉलेजों में गतिविधियों को संचालित करना है और अपनी भागीदारी निभाना है। सारथी योजना का उद्देश्य नई शिक्षा नीति पर छात्रों की राय के बारे में फीडबैक को यूजीसी तक पहुंचाना है।
सारथी से जुड़े छात्र दूसरे छात्र समूहों से जाकर संपर्क करेंगे और नई शिक्षा नीति के बारे में भी जानकारी देंगे। नई शिक्षा नीति से संबंधित पोस्टर को विश्वविधालय के परिसर में लगाना और सारथी योजना में छात्रों को शामिल करना भी है। इसके अलावा सारथी से जुड़े छात्र सोशल मीडिया पर भी नई शिक्षा नीति का प्रचार करेंगे और जनमत निर्माण करने की कोशिश करेंगे।
