हिमालय की कड़ियां भाग-2 में आपका स्वागत है। पिछले हफ्ते यानी कि शनिवार के दिन ही हमने आप पाठकों के सामने हिमालय की कड़ियां भाग-1 प्रस्तुत किया था । हिमालय की कड़ियां भाग-1 में हमने हिमालय के भूगोल,इतिहास और रोमांच को जीया था। इसी कड़ी को आगे बढ़ाते हुए आज हम आपको हिमालय से जुड़े कुछ और रोचक तथ्यों से अवगत कराएंगे। तो पाठकों हिमालय ऐसे तो एक युवा पर्वत की श्रेणी में आता है। लेकिन इस युवा पर्वत श्रेणी में कई प्राचीन राज छिपे हैं ये तो हजारों लाखों सालों से कौतूहल का विषय रहा है।
हिमालय में आज भी कई ऐसे स्थान हैं जहां देवी-देवताओं और तपस्वी रहते हैं। हिमालय में जैन, बौद्ध और हिन्दू संतों के कई प्राचीन मठ और गुफाएं हैं। मान्यता तो यह भी है कि कई गुफाओं में संसार से अलग जगह पर आज भी बड़े संत महात्मा रहते हैं।
भारत का प्रारंभिक इतिहास हिमालय से जुड़ा हुआ है। जिसमें की अफगानिस्तान, पाकिस्तान, जम्मू-कश्मीर, देवभूमि उत्तराखंड, हिमाचल सभी शामिल हैं। भारत की भूमि ने कई सारे प्राचीन व विकराल युद्ध को देखा है। कहते हैं प्राचीन काल के सारे युद्ध का सार धर्म की स्थापना थी। जब कभी धरती पर अधर्म ने अपनी मर्यादा तोड़ी है ईश्वर स्वयं अवतरित होकर फिर से धर्म की स्थापना की। इन्हीं युद्धों में से एक युद्ध था रामायण। कहते हैं रामायण का युद्ध मर्यादाओं की सीमा लांघने पर रावण का संहार कर फिर से सत्य, धर्म और मर्यादा का शासन स्थापित किया। कहा जाता है कि रामायण से जुड़े कुछ लोग आज भी जीवित हैं और हिमालय में रहते हैं। आज हम आपको बताएंगे रामायण काल से जुड़े वैसे लोग जो आज भी धरती पर जिंदा हैं।
अत्रि। वैसे तो अत्रि नाम के कई सारे त्रृषियों का जिक्र है हमारे पौराणिक साहित्यों में। जिनमें एक हैं ब्रह्मा के पुत्र अत्रि। जी हां यह वहीं ऋषि अत्रि हैं जिनकी पत्नी का अनुसूया था और इन दोनों के पुत्र दत्तात्रेय,चन्द्रमा और दुर्वासा थे। कहा जाता है कि ऋषि अत्रि का आखिरी उक्ति चित्रकूट में सीता-अनुसूया संवाद के समय दिखती है। कहा जाता है कि ऋषि अत्रि आज भी हिमालय में रहते हैं और चिरकाल से तपस्या कर रहे हैं।
दूसरे नम्बर पर है ऋषि दुर्वासा। ऋषि दुर्वासा के क्रोध के बारे में तो कई सारी कहानियां आपने सुनी ही होगी। सतयुग के समय तो इन्होंने इंद्र तक को श्राप दे दिया था। पौराणिक ग्रंथों में ऋषि दुर्वासा के बारे में कहा जाता है कि ये सतयुग के साथ ही द्वापर में भी भगवान श्री कृष्ण के पुत्र साम्ब को श्राप देते हुए नजर आते हैं। कहा जाता है कि वे आज भी हिमालय में सशरीर जिंदा हैं और समयानुकूल स्थिति में भारत भूमि पर आएंगे।
तीसरे नम्बर पर आते है गुरु वशिष्ठ। वैसे तो पौराणिक ग्रंथों में वशिष्ठ नाम से कई ऋषि हुए हैं। जिनमें एक ब्रह्मा के पुत्र के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित हैं, दूसरे इक्क्षवाकु के काल में और तीसरे राजा हरिशचंद्र के समय में तो चौथे राज दिलीप के काल में आए। इतना ही नहीं एक वशिष्ठ तो राजा दशरथ के काल में भी हुए और द्वापर के महाभारत काल में भी। पुराणों में कुल बारह वशिष्ठों का जिक्र है। कुछ का मानन है कि वेदव्यास की ही तरह वशिष्ठ भी एक पद के जैसा था। इन बारह वशिष्ठों में ब्रह्मा पुत्र वशिष्ठ आज भी जिंदा माने जाते हैं। और तो और मान्यता यह भी है कि वह जरूरत के अनुसार आज भी प्रकट होते रहते हैं। कहा जाता है कि ब्रह्मा पुत्र वशिष्ठ आज भी हिमालय के किसी क्षेत्र में निवास करते हैं।
असुरों के राजा बलि के बारे में तो भारत में कहानियां प्रचलित हैं ही । असुर होने के बाद भी राजा बलि धर्मात्मा थें। दान-पुण्य करना उनका स्वभाव था। लेकिन शक्तियों के घमंड और दान का संतुलन कुछ ठीक नहीं था। जिसके कारण स्वयं विष्णु ने वामन अवतार लेकर उसे पाताल लोक में स्थापित कर दिया। कहा जाता है कि राजा बलि की मृत्यु नहीं हुई है इसलिए वो आज भी हिमालय की किसी गुफा में वास करते हैं।
अगले नम्बर में आते हैं जामवंत। रामायण में जामवंत के बारे में बताया जाता है कि कैसे उन्होंने भगवान राम को लंका विजय और हनुमान को उनकी शक्तियों को याद दिलाया। कहा जाता है कि जामवंत गंधर्व माता और अग्नि के पुत्र थे। मान्यता है कि जामवंत का जन्म राजा बिल के समय में हुआ था। जामवंत ने सतयुग के साथ त्रेतायुग और द्वापर भी देखा है। श्रीकृष्ण की पत्नी सतभामा जामवंत की ही पुत्री थीं। जामवंत को चिरंजीवियों में गिना जाता है। कहा जाता है कि जामवंत कलियुग के अंत तक रहेंगे और कलकि अवतार की सहायता करेंगे। मान्यता है कि जामवंत आज भी हिमालय के किंपुरूष नामक स्थान पर रहते हैं। हालांकि इस स्थान के बारे में किसी को कुछ भी ज्ञात नहीं।
मान्यता है कि भगवान विष्णु के छठें अवतार परशुराम कलकि का साथ देने के लिए आज भी हिमालय में अदृश्य तरीके से रह रहे हैं। परशुराम वहीं हैं जिन्होंने गणेश जी का दांत तोड़ दिया था और त्रेतायुग में भगवान राम द्वारा शिवजी का धनुष तोड़े जाने पर प्रकट हुए थें। द्वापर में इन्होंने ही श्रीकृष्ण को चक्र प्रदान किया था। मान्याता है कि परशुराम भी उन 8 चिरंजीवियों में शामिल हैं जिनके मदद से कलकी कलयुग का अंत करेंगे।
