बरेली बना यूपी का पूर्ण रूप से स्मार्ट क्लासेज वाला पहला जिला
Bareilly smart class: शिक्षा किसी भी देश के भविष्य की रीढ़ होती है। कहते हैं कि किसी भी देश का भविष्य देखना हो तो उस देश की वर्तमान शिक्षा व्यवस्था देख लो और किसी देश का भविष्य बिगाड़ना हो तो उसके शिक्षा को खराब कर दो। शायद इसलिए ही कोई भी देश अपने आज और कल के लिए अपने शिक्षा को लेकर काफी संजीदा रहती है।
ऐसा ही कुछ देखने को मिला है उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली जिले के सभी स्कूलों में। बरेली यूपी का एक ऐसा जिला बन कर उभरा है जहां के सारे स्कूलों में स्मार्ट क्लासेज से पढ़ाई हो रही है। और इसके साथ ही बरेली ऐसा करने वाला यूपी का पहला जिला होने का खिताब भी अपने नाम कर चुका है।
बरेली के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में स्मार्ट क्लास की मदद से कक्षांए संचालित की जा रही है। जिसकी जानकारी संबंधिक अधिकारियों ने मीडिया को दिया है। बरेली के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में, जिनकी संख्या 2546 है, में डिजिटल शिक्षा का सहारा लिया जा रहा है। बताया जाता है कि 2546 सरकारी स्कूलों में 2483 बेसिक विभाग के स्कूल के साथ 63 सरकारी इंटर कॉलेज है।
बरेली के मुख्य विकास अधिकारी आईएसए जगप्रवेश के मुताबिक उत्तर प्रदेश के कुल 15000 स्मार्ट स्कूलों में से 2500 बरेली जिले में हैं। इस उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि के लिए यूपी के स्कूल शिक्षा महानिदेशक विजय किरण आनंद ने बरेली को पूरे उत्तरप्रदेश में एक मानक को स्थापित करने के लिए बधाई दी है। और कहा है कि इस मानक को आने वाले समय में पूरे उत्तरप्रदेश में लागू किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही इस मिशन में अपना अहम योगदान देने वाले अधिकारियों और शिक्षकों को भविष्य में सम्मानित भी किया जाएगा।
संबंधित अधिकारियों की माने तो इन स्मार्ट क्लासों में से 60 फीसदी को सरकार से फंड प्राप्त हुआ है, 20 फीसदी को सी एस आर के माध्यम से सहयोग दिया गया है तथा शेष 20 फीसदी को संबंधित जिला के विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा फंड मुहैया करा कर इस महान उद्देश्य को अंजाम तक पहुंचाया गया है।
अधिकारियों के अनुसारा ये स्मार्ट क्लासरूम शिक्षा तथा सीखने के तरीकों को और भी बेहतर और इंटरेक्टिव बनाएगा। डिजिटल तकनीक की मदद से विधार्थी को सीखना और भी सुगम होने के साथ साथ रोचक और मनोरंजक हो जाएगा। डिजिटल तरीकों का उपयोग कर जटिल से जटिल अवधारणाओं को आसानी समझाया जा सकता है तथा शिक्षा को मजबूत बना कर देश के विकास में योगदान दिया जा सकता है।
