कॉलीजियम के पास आए 70 नाम..सुप्रीम कोर्ट जल्द ही लगाएगा मोहर
Supreme Court Collegium: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सख्त रूख के बाद केंद्र ने 70 जजों के नाम को मंजूरी दे दी है। बताया जा रहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाई कोर्ट में जजों के 70 नामों को कॉलीजियम को पास भेजा था। और साथ ही जिन 26 जजों के ट्रांसफर की बात थी, उनमें से 12 पर फैसला हो गया है। केंद्र की माने तो जलद ही मणिपुर होईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति पर भी फैसला जल्द ही लिया जाएगा। न्यायाधीश संजय किशन कौल और न्यायाधीश सुधांशु धूलिया की पीठ ने नाम क्लियर करने के लिए सरकार की तारीफ की । और साथ ही साथ अटॉर्नी जनरल आर वेंकटरमणी की भी तारीफ की उन्होंने इन सब में बड़ी भूमिका निभाई है।
न्यायाधीशों ने यह भी कहा कि सरकार जल्द से जल्द इस बाबत खुशखबरी सुनाएं। बताया जा रहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जो नाम केंद्र की सरकार के पास भेजे गए थें उनपर कोई सरकार की ओर से कोई फैसला नहीं लिया जा रहा है। इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रूख अपनाते हुए पिछले 26 सितंबर को इस महिने की 9 अक्तूबर तक का समय दिया था।
पीठ ने कहा है कि कॉलीजियम से जिन 70 नामों की सूची मिली है वह उनकी जांच करेगा और दुर्गा पूजा की छुट्टियों से पहले ही निर्णय पर पहुंचने की कोशिश करेगा। इसी बीच देश के अर्टानी जनरल ने भी कहा कि सरकार अपने समक्ष लंबित सिफारिशों पर भी जल्द ही फैसला करेगी। इस पर बेंच ने 20 अक्तूबर को अगली तारीख दी है और कहा है कि हम चाहते हैं छुट्टियों से पहले ही बाकी बचे सिफारिशों पर भी मंजूरी की मुहर लग जाए।
न्यायालय ने कहा है कि सरकार को सिफारिशों को संजीदगी से लेना चाहिए और इसे समय पर पूरा करने की ओर अग्रसर होना चाहिए। न्यायालय कभी भी सरकार के कार्यों में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करना चाहती लेकिन सरकार को भी कार्यों को समय पर पूरा कर लेना चाहिए। अगर सरकार को नामों को लेकर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इसे पुनर्विचार के लिए वापस भी भेज सकती है। न्यायालय ने कहा है कि गलती किसी से भी सकती है। लेकिन गलतियों को जल्द से जल्द सुधारना हम सब की जिम्मेदारी है।
