AANGANWARI NEWS: महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय दिव्यांग बच्चों के लिए आंगनवाड़ी प्रोटोकॉल शुरू करने जा रही है। यह कार्यक्रम का आयोजन राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर किया जाना है। यह आयोजन मिशन सक्षम आंगनबाड़ी के अनंतर्गत आता है। इसे आंगनबाड़ी कार्यक्रम पोषण 2.0 के एक बहुत बड़ी प्रतिबद्धता के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता स्वयं महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी करेंगी। कार्यक्रम को आज यानी कि विज्ञान भवन में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस कार्यक्रम में महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय और आयुष राज्य मंत्री मंजुपारा महेंद्रभाई भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।
इस कार्यक्रम में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों से जुड़ी पचान, स्क्रीनींग आदि पर पैनल चर्चा की जाएगी। इस कार्यक्रम में मंत्रालय के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहेंगे। देश भर से सीडीपीओ, महिला पर्यवेक्षक, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता के भाग लेने की खबर है। इस कार्यक्रम में दिव्यांग बच्चों के देखभाल में अनुभव रखने वली आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को अपने अनुभव साझा करने का मौका मिलेगा।
आपको बताएं कि इस तरह के आयोजन का उद्देश्य दिव्यांग और देरी से विकसित बच्चों के प्रारंभिक देखभाल करना है। इस तरह के आयोजनों की मदद से दिव्यांग और देरी से विकसित शिशुओं के सेहत में समग्र सुधार लाना है। हालांकि इस उद्देश्य को पाने के लिए परिवार और समुदाय को इस बाबत शिक्षित करना ज्यादा जरूरी है। आंगनवाड़ी जन्म से लेकर छह वर्ष तक के बच्चों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए एक बेहतर इको-सिस्टम पर काम कर रहा है।
दिव्यांग बच्चों को मुख्यधारा के साथ जोड़ने के लिए नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 भी काफी जोर देती है। इसके लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पाठ्यक्रम इस तरह के बच्चों से जुड़ी परेशानियों से निपटने पर जोर देता है। राष्ट्रीय़ ईसीसीई टास्कफोर्स भी इस तरह की सहायता की वकालत करता रहता है। हालांकि दिव्यांगजन मसौदा नीति 2021 इस पर काफी जोर देता है। इसके अनुसार अगर इस तरह के मामलों की पहचान जितनी जल्दी कर लिया जाए वह उचित है। ताकि उनकी पहचान के बाद इलाज किया जा सके । आपको बता दें कि देश की भावी पीढियों को मजबूत करने के लिए पोषण भी पढ़ाई भी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाता है। इसके लिए 13 लाख से ज्यादा आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों को कुशल बनाने की जरूरत है।
