10 जनवरी से 5 लाख तक यूपीआई कर सकेंगे आप, एनपीसीआई का नया नियम
UPI PAYMENT LIMIT 5 LAKHS: नए साल में नया तोहफा। जी हां केंद्र सरकार ने ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करने वालों को नए साल पर बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। अब आप यूपीआई से 5 लाख रूपए तक की राशि ट्रांसफर कर सकेंगे। पहले लेनदेन की यह सीमा एक दिन में 1 लाख रूपए की थी। हालांकि अब नेशनल पेमेंट कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया और देश की केंद्रीय बैंक आरबीआई ने इस बाबत पेमेंट की सीमा को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है।
आपको बता दें कि नेशनल पेमेंट कॉरपोरेश ऑफ इंडिया यानी कि एनपीसीआई ने पेमेंट की इस सीमा को अस्पताल और शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के लिए सीमित कर रखा है। अब आप किसी भी ऑनलाइन पेमेंट गेटवे की मदद से एक बार में 5 लाख रूपए का लेनदेन कर सकते हैं। हालांकि पेमेंट का यह नियम आगामी 10 जनवरी से लागू हो जाएगा। इस बाबत एनपीसीआई की ओर से सभी बैंकों को पेमेंट संबंधित एडवाइजरी जारी कर दी गई है।
नेशनल पेमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन की ओर से 5 लाख तक की पेमेंट लिमिट को वेरिफाइड मर्चेंट के लिए लागू किया जाएगा। इसके लिए मर्चेंट को बढ़ी हुई सीमा के साथ पेमेंट मोड पर यूपीआई को इनेबल करना होगा। मौजूदा वक्त में एनपीसीआई ने यह सीमा 1 लाख तक की कर रखी है। पिछली मौद्रिक नीति की समीक्षा बैठक में इस बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया था। इस बढ़ी सीमा से पेटीएम, गूगल पे जैसी यूपीआई कंपनियों को भी फायदा होगा।
डिजिटल भुगतान के मामले में हमारा देश सबसे आगे है। साल 2023 में यूपीआई पेमेंट के मामले में हमने 100 बिलियन का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है। पिछले साल की तुलना में ग्रोथ रेट 60 फीसदी से ज्यादा रही है।
