कृषि और ग्रामीण बैंको के डिजिटलाइजेशन की ओर सरकार ने बढ़ाए कदम, सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने शुरू की योजना
Digitalization of Rural banks: केंद्रीय सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने 225 करोड़ की लागत से कृषि औऱ ग्रामीण विकास बैंकों तथा सहकारी समितियों के पंजीयन के लिए कंप्यूटरीकरण योजना का शुभारंभ किया है। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय सहकारिता राज्यमंत्री श्री बील एल वर्मा सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि सरकार प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में सहकार से समृद्धि के विज़न को साकार करने की दिशा में आगे बढ रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अलग से सहकारिता मंत्रालय की स्थापना करके लोगों के बहुप्रतीक्षित मांग को पूरा करने का कार्य किया है। उन्होंने मोदी सरकार के 10 वर्ष के कार्यकाल की उपलब्धियों को गिनाते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने गांव, गरीब और किसानों के लिए बढ़-चढ़ कर काम किया है।
केंद्रीय सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि आज डिजिटल इंडिया से सहकारिता विभाग भी अछूता नहीं रहा है। अब यह डिजिटल माध्यमों से अपनी सुविधाएं गांवों तक पहुंचा रहा है। उन्होंने सहकारी समिति और ग्रामीण विकास बैंकों के कम्प्यूटराइजेशन के लिए मोदी जी का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। श्री शाह ने साथ में यह भी कहा कि इन कामों के लिए लगभग सवा दो सौ करोड़ की लागत आएगी। सरकार पूरी योजन की पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को सुनिश्चित करेगी।
शाह ने परियोजनाओं के फायदे को गिनाते हुए कहा कि किसानों के लॉन्ग-टर्म लोन मुहैया कराने के लिए एआरडीबी को पैक्स से जोड़नी की योजना पर काम चल रहा है। इसके तहत पहले चरण में 13 राज्यों तथा केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में एआरडीबी की एक हजार से ज्यादा इकाइयों को कम्प्यूटरीकृत किया जाएगा साथ ही इसे राष्ट्रीय सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से नाबार्ड से भी जोड़ा जाएगा। इसके बाद इसे देश के अन्य बचे राज्यों में भी लागू करने की योजना है।
