अब दिल्ली में मेट्रो और फ्लाईओवर चलेंगे साथ-साथ, DMRC और PWD बना रहा एक ख़ास पुल
जहाँ दिल्ली में पहली बार फेज 4 में डबलडेकर वायाडक्ट तैयार किया जा रहा है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ पहली बार अनूठे इंटिग्रेटेड पोर्टल्स बनाये जायेंगे| डबलडेकर वायाडक्ट में एक ही पिलर के दो हिस्सों पर नीचे गाड़ियों के लिए फ्लाईओवर और उसके ऊपर से मेट्रो लाइन बनेगी तो दूसरी ओर इंटिग्रेटेड पोर्टल में दो पिलर्स के बीच रखे गए कंक्रीट पर एक तरफ मेट्रो लाइन का वायाडक्ट होगा और उसके पैरेलल फ्लाईओवर बनाया जायेगा | दिल्ली से पहले ये वायडक्ट जयपुर और नागपुर में भी बन चुके है, लेकिन एक-दूसरे के पैरेलल मेट्रो लाइन और फ्लाईओवर तैयार करने के लिए इस तरह के इंटिग्रेटेड पोर्टल्स का निर्माण पूरे देश में पहली बार किया जा रहा है, जो अपने आप में ही एक महत्वपूर्ण बात है।
डीएमआरसी के प्रधान कार्यकारी निदेशक अनुज दयाल ने बताया कि दिल्ली मेट्रो के इतिहास में इस तरह के इंटिग्रेटेड पोर्टल्स का निर्माण पहली बार किया जा रहा है। यह एक ऐसा इंटीग्रेटेड स्ट्रक्चर है जिसे मेट्रो और गाड़ियाँ दोनों साथ दौड़ेंगे | मेट्रो कॉरिडोर के सूरघाट और जगतपुर स्टेशनों के बीच पीडब्ल्यूडी के सहयोग से इस अनूठे स्ट्रक्चर को मजलिस पार्क से मौजपुर के बीच बनाये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है | इस पोर्टल के आधे हिस्से पर फ्लाईओवर बनेगा और आधे हिस्से से पिंक लाइन की मेट्रो गुजरेगी। इससे एक ही स्ट्रक्चर का डबल इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा |
इस अनूठे स्ट्रक्चर की लंबाई 457.35 मीटर होगी, जिसमें कुल 21 पोर्टल्स बनाए जाएंगे। इनकी चौड़ाई करीब 26 मीटर होगी और यह जमीन से करीबन 10 मीटर ऊचां होगा। सूचना मिली है कि 21 में से 12 पोर्टल्स का निर्माण कार्य पूरा भी हो चुका है। क्यूँकि इन पोर्टल्स पर फ्लाईओवर और मेट्रो वायाडक्ट का डबल लोड होगा। इनके निर्माण में नई तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है, ताकि ये दुगने भार को उठा सके। पोर्टल्स के नीचे से गाड़ियों के आने जाने के लिए एक अंडरपास भी बनाया जाएगा, जो करीब 465 मीटर लंबा होगा | इस अंडरपास का निर्माण डीएमआरसी खुद करेगी। डीएमआरसी ने 2025 तक यह काम पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा है।
डीएमआरसी और पीडब्ल्यूडी के बीच एक एमओयू साइन हुआ है, जिसके तहत डीएमआरसी पोर्टल्स बनाएगी और उसके ऊपर मेट्रो के वायाडक्ट का निर्माण करेगी। वहीं, पीडब्ल्यूडी आगे चलकर इन्हीं पोर्टल्स का इस्तेमाल फ्लाईओवर के एक्सपेंशन के लिए करेगी।
