दिल्ली सरकार में वित्त मंत्री आतिशी दवारा आज यानी कि सोमवार को दिल्ली विधानसभा में वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए जारी बजट में केजरीवाल सरकार की बहुत बड़ी और महत्वाकांक्षी योजना मुख्यमंत्री महिला सम्मान योजना को पेश किया। इस योजना के तहत 18 साल से ऊपर की सभी महिलाओं को दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से हर महीने एक हजार (1,000) रूपए देने की बात की गई है। दिल्ली की वित्त मंत्री आतिशी ने सरकार के इस फैसले को रामराज्य के आर्दशों से प्रेरित बताया। आपको बाता दें कि दिल्ली सरकार ने महिलाओं के कल्याण व सशक्तिकरण से जुड़ी मुख्यमंत्री महिला सम्मान योजना के लिए बजट में 2,000 करोड़ रूपएए का प्रावधान किया है।

कोई भी महिला जिसकी उम्र 18 से ज्यादा है, वह इसके लिए पात्र हो सकती हैं। आवश्यक यह है कि वह दिल्ली की मतदाता होनी चाहिए। इसका मतलब यह है कि बिना वोटर लिस्ट में नाम के आप इस योजना से बाहर हैं। इस योजना की खास बात यह है कि सरकारी नौकरी करने वाली महिलाओं को इससे बाहर रखा गया है। इसके साथ ही किसी भी तरह की सरकारी पेंशन प्राप्तकर्ता महिला इस योजना के लाभ के दायरे से बाहर रहेंगी। वित्त मंत्री ने यह भी बताया है कि आयकर देने वाली महीलाएं भी इस योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगी।
कैसे ले सकती हैं योजना का लाभ
आपको बता दें कि दिल्ली सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री महिला सम्मान योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आपकी न्यूनतम उम्र सीमा 18 साल तय की गई है। इसके लिए आपको एक फॉर्म भरना होगा। साथ ही, एक घोषणापत्र भी जारी करना होगा कि आप ना तो टैक्यपेयर है ना ही सरकारी कर्मचारी है और ना ही सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली किसी भी पेंशन स्कीम की लाभार्थी हैं। आपको अपना आधार कार्ड की कॉपी, वोटर कार्ड और जरूरी बैंक डिटेल भी देने होंगे। तब जाकर आप दिल्ली सरकार की इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकती हैं।
