वर्तमान का सच यही है कि हम और आप लाॅकडाउन में जी रहे हैं। कोरोना ने भारत में दस्तक दी और चंद दिनों के बाद ही केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पूरे देश में लाॅकडाउन लागू कर दिया गया। लाॅकडाउन से तात्पर्य यह है कि जो जहां है, जिस अवस्था में हैं, वहीं रहें।
लोगों ने लाॅकडाउन का पालन किया। न्यूनतम जरूरत के साथ जीवनयापन करने लगे। कुछ दिन तो ठीक रहा, उसके बाद लोग कुछ उकताने लगे। कई लोग वो काम करने लगे, जो आमतौर पर वे करते नहीं। सोशल मीडिया में उनकी पोस्टें आने लगीं। आम से लेकर खास व्यक्ति तक का ये नया शगल सरेआम दिखा।
इसके बीच कुछ बातें अच्छी हुईं। प्राकृतिक रूप से। गंगा स्वच्छ और निर्मल हुई। ओजोन परत में सुधार हुआ। वायु प्रदूषण में काफी कमी आई। मेरा मानना है कि जिस प्रकार से प्रकृति ने खुद को बदला है। संरक्षित और सवंर्धित किया है, उसी प्रकार हमें भी अपनी क्षमताओं को रिबूट करना चाहिए। रिबूट इसलिए, क्योंकि हम में क्षमता है। बस, किन्हीं कारणों से हमने उसे बिसरा दिया है। किंचित कारणों से क्रिटटिविटी को दबा दिया है। मेरी मानिए, अपनी क्षमताओं को नए सिरे से निखारिये। ेआपको अतिरिक्त समय मिला है। जीवन की आपाधापी में स्वयं के लिए समय कहां मिलता है ? समय का पता नहीं चलता है। अभी समय है आपके पास। बेहतर सोच और रणनीति के साथ आप आगाज कर सकते हैं। जब लाॅकडाउन खत्म होगा, तो आपकी यही उपलब्धि होगी।
विद्यार्थी अपना दायरा बढाएं
यह समय विद्यार्थियों के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। आप अपना कैनवास बढाएं। घर में रहने से आपको आने जाने का समय बच रहा है। आपके संस्थान ने आपके लिए आॅनलाइन पढाई की व्यवस्था की है। घर में माता पिता और अभिभावक आपके साथ हैं हमेशा। तनिक भी समस्या हुई, तो अभी तुरंत समाधान मिल जाएगा। इसलिए हर विद्यार्थी इस समय अपना दायरा बढा सकता है। यह सहज भी है।
घर पर खाली बैठे रहने से अच्छा है कुछ करें। ऐसे में आप घर में कुछ पौधे लगा सकते हैं। यदि जगह की कमी है तो गमलों में एलोवेरा, तुलसी और टमाटर जैसे पौधों को तो आसानी ले लगा सकते हैं। इससे आपकी रूचि वातावरण को सुधारने में लगने लगेगी।पेंटिंग एक तरह से अपनी भावनाओं को बयां करने का एक बहुत ही बेहतरीन विकल्प है। इससे आपकी क्रिएटीविटी भी बढ़ती है साथ ही आप अपने आपको ताजा भी महसूस करते हैं। आपके लिए लॉकडाउन के दौरान ये सबसे अच्छा विकल्प हो सकता है।

नौकरी-पेशा लोगों को बढानी होगी अपनी स्कील
हम सभी को इस बात का ध्यान है कि केंद्र में जैसे ही भाजपा की सरकार बनी और नरेंद्र मोदी प्रधानमंत्री बने, उन्होंने स्कील को लेकर एक अलग से मंत्रालय बनाया। नतीजा, मेक इन इंडिया के रूप में बेहतर परिणाम आने लगे। स्वयं प्रधानमंत्री सहित दूसरे मंत्रियों ने भी कई अवसरों पर कहा कि काम अब उसी को मिलेगा, जिसमें एक नहीं कई स्कील्स होगा। यह सच है कि कोरोना के दुष्प्रभाव के रूप में कई क्षेत्रों में लोगों की नौकरी जाएगी। मगर, वैसे लोगों को घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है, जो कई काम करने की काबिलियत रखते हैं। निजी संस्थानों में ऐसे लोगों की अभी और पूछ बढेगी।
हम सभी को जापान से सीखना होगा
याद कीजिए द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध। अमेरिका ने जापान के दो महत्वपूर्ण शहर को परमाणु बम से तबाह कर दिया। पूरा जापान इसकी जद में आया। कुछ साल बेहद कष्टकारी हुए। लेकिन चंद वर्षों की मेहनत के भरोसे जापान उठ खडा हुआ। वह हर तरह से महाशक्ति बना। जापान राजनीतिक, आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों का केंद्र होने के साथ-साथ यह उन लोगों के लिए बिल्कुल सही जगह है जो सपने देखते हैं और उन सपनों को पूरा करने की हिम्मत रखते हैं। जापान के लोगों में काम करने का जुनून है जो जापान की तरक्की से साफ देखा जा सकता है।
लाभ हानि की चिंता छोडकर खडे रहना होगा उद्योग
हमारे उद्योग जगत के लोगों को मोटेतौर पर यह समझना होगा कि लाॅकडाउन के बाद जब वे अपना खाता बही देखेंगे, काम को पटरी पर लाने के लिए नए सिरे से मेहनत करेंगे, तो उन्हें लाभ हानि का हिसाब किताब छोडना होगा। साल 2020 लाभ हानि का नहीं है। इस साल तो स्वयं को अपने व्यापार में खडे रखने का है। बाजार में बने रहने के लिए अतिरिक्त मेहनत करनी होगी। कम लागत, अधिक मेहनत के साथ टिके रहना होगा। यही समय की मांग है।
लॉकडाउन के बाद असली समस्या खड़ी होने वाली है। पहले से तैयार माल गोदामों में पड़ा है। अब अगला ऑर्डर तैयार करना मुश्किल होगा, क्योंकि उद्योगों में काम नहीं होने के बावजूद श्रमिकों को वेतन दिया गया है। श्रमिक महानगरों को छोड कर जा चुके हैं। वहीं जो उद्योग पहले से ही लोन या कर्ज पर संचालित हैं। उनका ब्याज के साथ ही बिजली, लेबर आदि खर्च भी जारी है। यह सच है कि लॉकडाउन के कारण लघु उद्योग मरणासन्न स्थिति में पहुंच गए हैं। ऐसे में अगर सरकारी मदद नहीं मिली तो कारोबार कर पाना बेहद मुश्किल है। कुछ लोग आपसी मदद के सहारे भी कारोबार शुरू करेंगे।
