Air Pollution Index of Delhi: दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बीते कुछ दिनों से आकाश में चारों ओर धुंध छाई हुई है। रेस्पाइरर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार दिल्ली बीते पांच सालों में सबसे प्रदूषित शहर रहा है। केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के राष्ट्रीय वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक के अनुसार, शुक्रवार सुबह लगभग 8 बजे तक दिल्ली के मुंडका क्षेत्र में एक्यूआई औसत 500, आईटीओ में 451, नजफगढ़ में 472, नरेला में 500 रिकार्ड किया गया। वहीं एनसीआर क्षेत्र में नोएडा के सेक्टर 125 में एक्यूआई का लेवल 400 के पार था, जो कि बहुत ही खराब श्रेणी को दर्शाता है।
दिल्ली-एनसीआर क्षेत्र में वायु प्रदूषण की स्थिति को देखते हुए वायु गुणवत्ता से जड़े पैनल ने बीते दिन यानी कि गुरूवार को स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान ( ग्रैप) के तीसरे चरण के तहत प्रतिबंधों को लागू करने का नर्देश जारी किया है। जिसमें गैर जरूरी निर्माण कार्य और तोड़-फोड़ के काम पर रोक लगाने के आदेश हैं। सीएक्यूएम की मीटिंग के बाद राजधानी में ग्रैप-3 को लागू करने के निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। प्रदूषण की स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिल्ली के तीस किलोमीटर के अंदर प्रदूषण फैलाने वाली इंडस्ट्रियल यूनिट और थर्मल पावर प्लांट पर नजर रखी जाएगी। तथा नियम का पालन ना करने वालों पर भारी जुर्माना भी किया जा सकता है।
इसके अलावे दिल्ली, गुरूग्राम, फरीदाबाद, गाजियाबाद और गौतम बुद्ध नगर में पेट्रोल से चलने वाले बीएस-3 इंजन और डीजल से चलने वाले बीएस-4 चार पहिया वाहनों के इस्तेमाल पर भी रोक लगाई गई है। राष्ट्रीय महत्व की परियोजनाओं को छोड़कर अन्य निर्माण के कार्यों बंद कर दिया गया है। सड़कों पर झाड़ू से सफाई के जगह वैक्यूम क्लियर का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। नियमित तौर पर सड़को के किनारे पानी के छिड़काव की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। सार्वजनिक वाहनों की संख्या बढ़ाई जाएगी। छोटे बच्चों की कक्षाएं आनलाइन पढ़ाई जाने की व्यवस्था करने की भी बात की गई है। दिल्ली में प्रदूषण के असर के देखते हुए मेट्रो के फेरे बढ़ा दिए गए हैं।
