मौसम ने ली करवट, बारिश के आसार के साथ तापमान में गिरावट
DECEMBER WEATHER REPORT: साल 2023 के गुजरते आखिरी महीने में ठंड ने अपना असर दिखाना शुरू कर दिया है। देश के पूर्वी राज्यों, उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार सहित दूसरे इलाकों में ठिठुरन का दौर दिखना शुरू हो गया है। सुबह और शाम के वक्त कोहरे ने भी अपना जलवा बरकरार रखा है। वहीं भारत के दक्षिणी राज्यों में हल्की बारिश का अनुमान लगाया गया है। मंगलवार यानी आज के दिन देश के पूर्वोत्तर राज्य सिक्किम तथा अरूणाचल प्रदेश के कुछ हिस्सों में, मौसम विभाग ने ओलावृष्टि को लेकर संभावना जताई है। भारतीय मौसम विभाग ने देश के पश्चिमी हिस्सों में सुबह के वक्त घना कोहरे होने की सूचना दी है।
देश में सर्दियों के लेकर कई इलाकों में तापमान में गिरावट देखी जा रही है। देश के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की बात करें तो इस महीने की सबसे ठंडी सुबह सोमवार को देखने को मिली। इस दिन न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 3 डिग्री नीचे यानी कि 6.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस देखा गया । इससे पहले रविवार को तापमान 8.3 डिग्री सेल्सियस तथा शनिवार को 8.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया था। हालांकि मौसम विभाग ने इस महीने यानी कि दिसंबर को लेकर तापमान का पूर्वानुमान 12 से 17 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक बताया है।
देश के और हिस्सों में क्या है हाल
आपको बता दें कि भारतीय मौसम विभाग ने बीते दिन देश के पूर्वी राज्य बिहार, में कोहरे को लेकर यलो अलर्ट जारी किया था। प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार दृश्यता को लेकर देश के सभी मार्गों पर वाहनों की गति सीमा घटाई जायेगी। संबंधित विभाग ने इस व्यवस्था को, आने वाले साल यानी कि 2024 के फरवरी माह तक जारी रखने की बात की है। अधिकारियों ने इस बाबत जानकारी साझा करते हुए कहा है कि एक्सप्रेस-वे पर हल्के वाहन-चारपहिया तथा अन्य वाहनों की गति सीमा को 100 से घटाकर 75 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा की जायेगी। साथ ही भारी वाहनों के लिए यह सीमा 80 से घटाकर 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा की जायेगी।
संबंधित गति सीमा को लागू करवाने के लिए विभाग पूरी तैयारी के साथ निगरानी तंत्र को मजबूत करने में लगा है। गति सीमा के उल्लंघन मामलों में सीसीटीवी की मदद से चालान आदि की व्यवस्था है। देश में अचानक से बदले मौसम ने किसानों पर भी अपना असर दिखाना शुरू कर दिया है। पश्चिम बंगाल में हुए बेमौसम बारिश के कारण हुए फसल नुकसान से दो किसानों ने आत्महत्या कर ली है।
