वैश्विक समुद्री भारत शिखर सम्मेलन का प्रधानमंत्री मोदी करेंगे उद्घाटन
GMIS 2023 Mumbai: तीन दिवसीय वैश्विक समुद्री भारत शिखर सम्मेलन (जीएमआईएस) का उद्घाटन भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी आज मुंबई में करेंगे। आज से शुरू होने वाले वैश्विक समुद्री भारत शिखर सम्मेलन (जीएमआईएस) आगामी तीन दिनों तक चलेगा। विशेषज्ञों की मानें तो इस समुद्री शिखर सम्मेलन में 10 करोड़ से ज्यादा का निवेश होने का अनुमान है और करीब 300 से ज्यादा समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर हो सकते हैं।
बताया जा रहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी मंगलवार को तीन दिवसीय वैश्विक समुद्री भारत शिखर सम्मेलन की तीसरे संस्करण का उद्घाटन वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से उद्घाटन करेंगे और साथ ही साथ भारत की ओर से समुद्री अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए दीर्घकालिक रूपरेखा “अमृत काल विजन 2047” के भी पेश करेंगे। वैश्विक भारत समुद्री शिखर सम्मेलन का यह तीसरा संस्करण है। इससे पहले यह 2016 में तथा दूसरी बार 2021 में आयोजित किया गया था।
भारत आने वाले समय में निश्चित रूप से आने वाले समय में एक अग्रणी समुद्री राष्ट्र बनने जा रहा है। भारत ने पिछले वर्षों में बंदरगाह तथा जलमार्ग मंत्रालय की कार्यप्रगति काफी सराहनीय है। केंद्रीय मंत्री सोनेवाल ने कहा कि इस समुद्री सम्मेलन में लगभग 50 से अधिक देशों के भाग लेने की उम्मीद है। उनका मानना है कि आने वाले समय में बंदरगाह, जहाजरानी और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय भारत के विकास में एक अग्रणी भूमिका निभाएगा।
शिखर सम्मेलन समुद्री क्षेत्र के प्रमुख क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। सम्मेलन में भविष्य के बंदरगाह, कार्बन उत्सर्जन में कमी, तटीय पोत परिवहन और जहाज निर्माण के साथ साथ मरम्मत एवं पुरर्चक्रण, वित्त, बीमा पर्यटन और सुरक्षा से जुड़े मुद्दों पर विभिन्न सत्रों में चर्चाओं के माध्यम से एकमत हो कर कुछ सकारात्मक कदम उठाने की कोशिश की जायेगी।
कार्यक्रम के उदघाटन सत्र में महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे के साथ गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत भी भाग लेंगे। इस सत्र में आर्मेनिय, बंग्लादेश, बेलारूस, कोमोरोस, ईरान, इटली, श्रीलंका, तंजानिया, तर्कमेनिस्तान, उज्बेकिस्तान, स्पेन और नेपाल सहित 12 देशों के मंत्री के शामिल होने की सूचना है। इसके अलावा समुद्री सम्मेलन में 11 भारतीय राज्यों के साथ साथ केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों के मंत्री एवं उपराज्यपा के उपस्थित रहेंगे।
इस शिखर सम्मेलन में भारत की समुद्री नीली अर्थव्यवस्था के साथ साथ अगले 25 वर्षों की योजना- अमृत काल का विजन 2047 का अनावरण किया जाएगा। साथ ही साथ बंदरगाहों की जुड़ी सुविधाओं के बढ़ाने, टिकाऊ कार्यप्रणालियों को बढ़ावा देने के अलावा अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहयोग की रूपरेखा को भी समावेश किया जाएगा।
