ये वेब सीरीज का ही तो क्रेज है जो कि राजकुमार राव ‘बोस’ नाम की वेब सीरीज में काम करने के लिए अपना सर मुंडवा लेते हैं. राम गोपाल वर्मा भी अंडरवर्ल्ड की कहानियां सुनाने के लिए इसी रेस में कूद पड़ते हैं. उधर, फरहान अख्तर और प्रोड्यूसर रितेश सिद्धवानी भी एक नई सीरीज लेकर आने वाले हैं. वेब सीरीज की लोकप्रियता को बॉलीवुड सितारों ने भी भांप लिया है. सैफ अली खान, नवाजुद्दीन सिद्दीकी, ऋचा चड्ढा, विवेक ओबेराय, अली फजल और पंकज त्रिपाठी जैसे कई बड़े नाम हैं, जिन्होंने वेब सीरीज के जरिए खूब लोकप्रियता पाई. केवल सितारे ही नहीं बॉलीवुड डायरेक्टर्स भी इस ओर तेजी से रुख कर रहे हैं.
वेब सीरीज के विस्तार वाले इस नए दौर में पुराने स्थापित स्टूडियोज का इस स्पेस को लेकर यूं गंभीर हो जाना क्रिएटिव संतुष्टि हासिल करने की वजह से नहीं है. टीवी से अलग यहां सास-बहू का घिसा-पिटा ड्रामा नहीं है और ना ही लंबे-लंबे ब्रेक. हालांकि अभी भी दर्शकों का एक बड़ा वर्ग है जो वेब सीरीज से अछूता है. बेव सीरीज आखिर क्यों लोकप्रिय हो रही हैं? खासतौर पर युवा वर्ग में क्योंकि उनकी ये शिकायत रहती है कि आजकल टीवी चैनल्स उनके लिए कार्यक्रम नहीं बना रहे हैं.
वेब सीरीज क्या है ?
फिल्मों और टीवी सीरियल से इतर वेब सीरीज में 8-10 एपिसोड होते हैं. यह सीरीज अलग-अलग कहानी पर आधारित होती हैं. एक एपिसोड 25 से 45 मिनट तक के होते हैं. ये वेब सीरीज डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर कई बार एक साथ लॉन्च कर दिए जाते हैं, तो वहीं कई बार हर हफ्ते एक एपिसोड लॉन्च होता है.
टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के फ्री इंटरनेट देने की वजह से भी दर्शकों के लिए ये वेब सीरीज देखना आसान हो गया है. आज के दौर में युवाओं के पास समय की कमी होती है ऐसे में वो फोन में इसे कभी भी देख सकते हैं. वेब सीरीज का इन दिनों जमाना-दीवाना है, ये तो आप अब तक जान ही चुके हैं. इंटरनेट की दुनिया में इनके बढ़ते दखल की वजह से ही अमेरिकी घरों में फिल्में और धारावाहिक पहुंचाने वाली ‘नेटफ्लिक्स’ ने हाल ही में अनुराग कश्यप की ‘गैंग्स आफ वासेपुर’ को भी वेब सीरीज में तब्दील कर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दर्शकों तक पहुंचाया है.
फिल्म या टीवी के सीरीयल्स की तरह इसमें कोई सेंसरशिप नहीं होती है. इसलिए सीरीज मेकर अपनी पूरी क्रिएटिविटी दिखा सकते हैं. इन वेब सीरीज में समय की कोई पाबंदी नहीं है. आम तौर पर ऐसी सीरीज का एक एपिसोड 10 से 40 मिनट का होता है और एक सीरीज में करीब 5 एपिसोड हो सकते हैं. वेब सीरीज ने टीवी के हर तरह के फॉर्मूले को तोड़ा है, तभी आज ऑडियंस को कुछ नया देखने को मिल रहा है. हाल ही में अनुराग कश्यप की वेब सीरीज सेक्रेड गेम्स बहुत चर्चा में रही. अनुराग कश्यप ने एक इंटरव्यू के दौरान कहा था कि वो जब भी कोई फिल्म बनाते हैं उसके बाद एक महीने तक वो सेंसर बोर्ड के चक्कर लगाते रहते हैं जबकि वेब सीरीज रिलीज होने के बाद वो फ्री हैं और रिलैक्स महसूस कर रहे हैं.
एक धारा यह भी बह रही है कि फीचर फिल्म बनाने वाले स्थापित स्टूडियोज जहां अब वेब सीरीज बनाने पर जोर दे रहे हैं, वहीं वेब के लिए कंटेंट क्रिएट करने में सिरमौर रहा टीवीएफ अगले साल फीचर फिल्म बनाने जा रहा है. वक्त बदल रहा है और दोनों ही माध्यमों में नए विचारों और प्रतिभाओं की आवाजाही के लिए एक साझा दरवाजा खुल रहा है.
