भारतीय प्रजातंत्र के मंदिर की कहानी…
भारत सिर्फ एक सभ्यता नहीं ,संस्कृति नहीं बल्कि गवाह है खुद के इतिहास को बचाने,बनाने और समय के साथ संवारने की भी। वेद की संस्कृति से जहां एक सभ्यता की शुरूआत हुई और समय के साथ साथ बाहरी आतातायियों से लेकर ब्रिटिश औपनिवेश का सामना कर अपने होने को बनाये रखने वाला हमारा भारत आज जिस मूल्य से पूरी दुनिया में जाना जाता है वह है विश्व के सबसे बड़े प्रजातंत्र को बनाने,बचाने और पूरी दुनिया में फैलाने का ।
जी हां हम बात कर रहे हैं भारतीय प्रजातंत्र के वाहक उस मंदिर की जहां से हमने ना जाने कितने ऐसे नियम बनाए जिसने समय के साथ साथ हमारे मूल्यों को और मजबूत बनाया और भारतीय समाज को पूरे वैश्वविक पटल पर ला कर खड़ा कर दिया। 15 अगस्त 1947 की सुबह जब हमारे देश ने जाने कितने सपूतों को खो कर अपनी अस्मिता और अस्तित्व को सारे संसार के सामने एक पहचान दी। तब से लेकर अब तक ना जाने हमारे प्रजातंत्र के इस मंदिर ने क्या क्या देखा है।
हमारे प्रजातंत्र के मंदिर यानी कि हमारे संसद का इतिहास भी हमारी मेहनतकशी और संघर्ष की कहानी कहता है।जी हां हमन जिस संसद भवन की मदद से पूरे देश की शक्ल-ओ –सूरत बदल दी उसके आज एक नयी कड़ी का शुभारंभ हो रहा है।
लेकिन आज हम आपको बताएगें कि हमारे पुराने संसद का इतिहास क्या रहा है।बात है 1911 की जब ब्रिटेन के राजा जॉर्ज पंचम ने भारत की राजधानी को कलकत्ता से बदलकर दिल्ली करने की घोषणा की ।तो दिल्ली जैसे राजधानी के नए सिरे से निर्माण की जिम्मेदारी एडविन लुटियंस और हर्बर्ट बेकर को दी गई।जिन्होंने दिल्ली के साथ साथ संसद भवन को भी भारत के नक्शे पर उकेरा।
यह वहीं संसद है जो कभी आजाद भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू के ऐतिहासिक भाषण “ट्रिस्ट विद डेस्टिनी” की चर्चा का भी साक्षी बना था।ये वहीं जगह है जहां कभी भारत के वीर सपूत भगत सिंह ने एक धमाके से बहरी अंग्रेजी सरकार के कानों में गनगनाहट शुरू कर दी थी।इसी संसद ने भारत के भाग्यविधाता संविधान को भी देखा और जब आजाद हुई तो भारत की आत्मा किसान के लिए भी कई ऐसी योजनाएं बनाई जिस से हमारे देश ने अपनी रीढ़ को मजबूत करने के लिए कमर कसी।इसी भवन ने आपातकाल को भी देखा और इसी ने पोखरण की धमक पूरी दुनिया को सुनाई।इसी भवन ने आर्थिक आपात की स्थिति में वैश्विकरण और निजिकरण को अपना कर देश को पूरी दुनिया के सामने एक अलग व्यवस्था के साथ जोड़ा भी। ये वही संसद है जिसने अपने सीने पर गोलियां झेंली।
18 जनवरी 1927 को बनकर तैयार हुई इस पुरानी संसद भवन की 18 सितंबर 2023 को विदाई हो गई है। पिछले 96 सालों में इस पुरानी संसद ने अपने अंदर ना जाने कितनी जज्बातों को पनाह दिया और उनके किस्मत का फैसला भी किया जिन्हें आज हम अपने नेता कहते हैं।सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के तकरार और प्यार की गवाह यह संसद भवन, ने अपने बूढ़े होते कंधो पर 140 करोड़ भारतवासियों को संभाल रखा था।
