भारत के राष्ट्रीय झंडे का रोचक सफर

भारत का राष्ट्रीय ध्वज जिसे आज ‘तिरंगा’ भी कहा जाता है कि कहानी भी बड़ी रोचक है. तीन रंग की क्षैतिज पट्टियों के बीच नीले रंग के एक चक्र द्वारा सुशोभित ध्वज है. इसकी कल्पना पिंगली वैंकैया ने की थी. इसे 15 अगस्त 1947 को अंग्रेजों से भारत की स्वतंत्रता के कुछ ही दिन पूर्व 22 जुलाई, 1947 को आयोजित भारतीय संविधान-सभा की बैठक में अपनाया गया था. इसमें तीन समान चौड़ाई की क्षैतिज पट्टियाँ हैं, जिनमें सबसे ऊपर केसरिया, बीच में श्वेत ओर नीचे गहरे हरे रंग की पट्टी है. ध्वज की लम्बाई एवं चौड़ाई का अनुपात 3:2 है. सफेद पट्टी के मध्य में गहरे नीले रंग का एक चक्र है जिसमें 24 आरे होते हैं. इस चक्र का व्यास लगभग सफेद पट्टी की चौड़ाई के बराबर होता है व रूप सारनाथ में स्थित अशोक स्तंभ के शेर के शीर्षफलक के चक्र में दिखने वाले की तरह होता है. भारतीय राष्ट्रध्वज अपने आप में ही भारत की नीति को दर्शाता हुआ दिखाई देता है. आत्मरक्षा, शांति, समृद्धि और सदैव विकास की ओर अग्रसर.
अपने वर्तमान रूप में आने से पहले भारत के ध्वज ने 6 बार अपना रंग रूप बदला.
पहला तिरंगा
सबसे पहले तिरंगे को 7 अगस्त, 1906 को कलकत्ता (वर्तमान में कोलकाता) के पारसी बागान स्क्वेयर में फहराया गया था. इस झंडे में तीन रंग की पट्टियां थी. जिनमें बीच की पट्टी पर वंदे मातरम लिखा था. इस बीच में सफेद की बजाए पीली पट्टी थी. वहीं नीचे की पट्टी लाल थी जिस पर अर्ध चंद्र और सूरज बना था. इसके अलावा सबसे ऊपरी हरी पट्टी पर कमल का फूल अंकित था.
बर्लिन कमेटी का झंडा
यह भी पहले झंडे से काफी कुछ मिलता जुलता था। इसमें बीच की पीली पट्टी पर वंदे मातरम लिखा था. इसमें ऊपरी पट्टी पर कमल के फूल की बजाए सात तारे छपे थे, जो कि सप्तर्षि का तारामंडल का प्रतीक थे. इसे 1907 में मैडम कामा ने फहराया था. साथ ही इसे बर्लिन में आयोजित एक सभा में भी भारत के झंडे के रूप में फहराया गया.
होम रूल आंदोलन का झंडा
इसके बाद तीसरी बार भारत का झंडा सामने आया नए रूप में होम रूल आंदोलन के दौरान. 1917 में इस झंडे को होम एनी बेसेंट और लोकमान्य तिलक ने फहराया था. इस झंडे में पांच लाल और चार हरी पट्टियां थीं. इन पर सात तारे अंकित थे इसके बाएं कोने में ऊपरी ओर ब्रिटेन का आधिकारिक झंडा भी छपा था.
अनौपचारिक तिरंगा झंडा
1921 में ऑल इंडिया कांग्रेस कमेटी की एक बैठक में आयोजित एक युवा ने गांधी जी को यह झंडा दिया. यह तीन रंग की पट्टियों से बना था और इस पर नीले रंग में चरखा अंकित था. इसके तीन रंगों सफेद रंग सबसे ऊपर, उसके नीचे हरा रंग और सबसे नीचे लाल रंग था.
गांधी जी का झंडा
साल 1931 तिरंगे की यात्रा में महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है. इस दौरान एक रेज्योल्यूशन पास कर तिरंगे को आधिकारिक तौर पर भारत के ध्वज के रूप में अपनाया गया. इस ध्वज में सफेद पट्टी बीच में थी और इस पर गांधी जी का चरखा अंकित था.
तिरंगा
भारत के वर्तमान राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की कल्पना पिंगली वेंकैयानंद ने की थी. तिरंगे को इस रूप में पहली बार भारतीय संविधान सभा की 22 जुलाई को आयोजित बैठक में अपनाया गया था. जिसके बाद 26 जनवरी 1950 को इसे राष्ट्रध्वज के रूप में अपनाया गया.
