History of Jogira in Holi: होली ना सिर्फ हमारे देश में बल्कि पूरे विश्व में भारत की पहचान से जुड़ा त्यौहार है। फाल्गुन माह की पूर्णिमा को होलिका दहन के उपरांत अगले दिन धुलेड़ी या रंगों का त्यौहार होली खेला जाता है। इस त्यौहार की पहचान ना केवल रंगों से है बल्कि पकवान और ऊत्तर भारत में एक महत्वपूर्ण गीत जोगीरा के गायन से जुड़ा है। एक तो मौसम का राजा वसंत और उसमें भी होली। इसके आते ही फाग ना गाया तो क्या ही गाया।
आपने फिल्म आदि में जोगीरा सारा,रा,रा,रा तो जरूर ही सुना होगा। मन को गुदगुदाती ये आवाज जब हमारे कानों में पड़ती है तो यह हास्य और कटाक्ष के मिश्रण का बोध कराती है। होली के अवसर पर होली गीत गायन के बीच में जोगीरा कहने की परंपरा सदियों से चली आ रही है। जो होली के आनंद को दोगुना कर देती है। होली के दिन डंफा व झांझ मजीरा के साथ जब गाने वालों की टोली लोगों के द्वारे- द्वारे जाकर होली गीत गाती है तो उसी समय बीच-बीच में जोगीरा कहा जाता है।
आखिर जोगीरा है क्या?
जानकारों के अनुसार जोगीरा अवधी और भोजपुरी काव्य व नाटक का मिश्रण है। इसमें हास्य तथा व्यंग दोनों का पुट होता है। यह भारतीय काव्य संकलन का वह विशालतम संकलन हैं जिसमें हिन्दी, उर्दू, भोजपुरी, अवधी सहित लगभग पचास से ज्यादा भाषाओं का अद्भुत समन्वय देखने को मिलता है।
जोगीरा को मुख्य रूप से चैत मास में गाने की परंपरा रही है। कहते हैं वसंत की बयार तभी जंचती है, जब होली में रंग-गुलाल और भांग की मस्ती के साथ में जोगीरा की तान हो। गांव घरों में जब ढ़ोल मंजीरा के साथ लोगों की टोली होली खेलने निकलती है तो जोगीरा की तान पर सारा,रा,रा कहने का अपना मजा है। इसका वास्तविक आनंद आप को गांव-घरों में ही देखने को मिल सकता है। जोगीरा की तान में ना सिर्फ सामाजिक विडम्बनाओं पर तंज देखने को मिलता है बल्कि होली की मस्ती के साथ आसपास के सामाजिक और राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों पर चोट करता गायन सुनने को मिल जाएगा।
जोगीरा के हैं कई प्रकार
जोगीरा मुख्य तौर पर एक समूह गान है। जोगीरा में प्रश्न और उत्तर की शैली में गाया जाता है। इसमें निरगुन की व्याख्या से लेकर उलटबाँसियों का सहारा लेकर काम-कुंठा तक को गाया जाता है। जोगीरा के बहाने गरियाने से लेकर गुस्सा तक निलकालने का अपना ही एक अलग तरीका होता है। इसे मुख्य तौर पर दो तरह से गाया जाता है- एक प्रश्न और उत्तर की तरह, जिसमें एक व्यक्ति प्रश्न के तौर पर कुछ पूछता है और दूसरा उसका उत्तर देता है बाकी लोग जोगीरा सारा,रा,रा गाते हैं। जैसे-
प्रश्न- कौन काठ के बनी खड़ौआ, कौन यार बनाया है?
कौन गुरु की सेवा कीन्हो, कौन खड़ौआ पाया?
उत्तर- चनन काठ के बनी खड़ौआ, बढ़यी यार बनाया हो।
हर गुरु की सेवा कीन्हा, हम खड़ौआ पाया है।
जोगी जी वाह, जोगी जी, जोगीरा, सारा,रा,रा।
दूसरा है सामान्य तरीके का जोगीरा, जिसमें सीधे सादे दो पंक्तियों के माध्यम से कोई सार्थक बात कही जाती है और फिर सम्पुट या मुखड़े के रूप म जोगीरा, सारा,रा,रा कहा जाता है। जैसे-
दिल्ली देखो ढाका देखो, शहर देखो कलकत्ता।
एक पेड़ तो ऐसा देखो, फर के ऊपर पत्ता।।
जोगीरा, सारा,रा,रा,रा।
विलुप्त होती जा रही है इस तरह की प्रादेशिक हास्य-व्यंग कलाएं
इस हास्य कला के साथ व्यथा इतनी भर है कि इसका समुचित विकास नहीं हो पाया। वास्तव में आज की आधुनिकता और दौड़ती भागती जिंदगी में इस तरह की प्रादेशिक कलाएं लगभग विलुप्ती के कगार पर हैं। नित नई तकनीक और संचार माध्यमों से लोक कला के प्रति आर्कषण अब देखने और दिखाने लायक ही बच गया है, लेकिन समय रहते अगर हमें अपनी लोक कलाओं को बचाना है तो सबसे से पहले उन्हें यथोचित मान-सम्मान देना होगा और इन्हें सहेजने वालों को भरपूर प्रश्रय।
