हर एक नए महीने के साथ अनेक नए बदलाव भी आते हैं। मार्च 2024 भी अपने साथ ऐसे कईं नए बदलाव लेकर आ रहा है जिसका असर सीधा आम जनता पर पड़ेगा। आज मार्च 2024 की शुरुआत हैं और हर नया महीना अपने साथ कुछ जरूरी बदलाव अवश्य लेकर आता है। आज हम आपको होने वाले इन बदलावों के बारे में जानकार देंगे। मार्च के महीने में जीएसटी, पेटीएम पेमेंट्स और बैंक से जुड़े कई बदलाव होने वाले हैं तो आइए इनके बारे में जानते हैं।
जीएसटी के नियमों में होने वाले बदलाव
केंद्र सरकार ने 01 मार्च 2024 से जीएसटी के नियमों में बड़ा बदलाव किया है, जिसके तहत अब पांच करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का कारोबार करने वाले व्यापारी बिना ई-चालान (e-invoice) के ई-वे बिल नहीं जारी कर पाएंगे। यह नियम 1 मार्च 2024 से लागू होगा। प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार 1 मार्च से, 5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक टर्नओवर वाले व्यवसाय सभी बी2बी लेनदेन के लिए ई-चालान विवरण शामिल किए बिना ई-वे बिल जारी नहीं कर पाएंगे। यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि वस्तु व सेवा कर (जीएसटी) व्यवस्था के तहत 50,000 रुपये से अधिक के मूल्य का माल एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य में भेजने के लिए ई-वे बिल की आवश्यकता भी होगी।
बैंकों में रहेगी 12 दिन की छुट्टी
खबर मिली है कि मार्च के महीने में सार्वजनिक और निजी क्षेत्र के बैंकों में अब 12 दिन छुट्टियां रहेंगी जिसमें शनिवार और रविवार को मिलने वाले साप्ताहिक अवकाश भी शामिल होंगे। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की ओर से जारी बैंकों की छुट्टी से संबंधित कैलेंडर के अनुसार 11 और 25 मार्च को दूसरा और चौथा शनिवार हैं जिसके कारण बैंक बंद रहेंगे। 25 मार्च को होली के कारण भी बैंकों में छुटी रहेगी । इसके अलावा 5, 12, 19 और 26 मार्च को रविवार होने के कारण बैंक बंद रहेंगे।
पेटीएम पेमेंट्स बैंक के परिचालन पर लगेगी रोक
प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार आरबीआई के निर्देशों के अनुरूप 15 मार्च से पेटीएम पेमेंट्स बैंक की सेवाओं पर रोक लग जाएगी। इस बदलाव को 15 मार्च के बाद होने वाले सभी बदलावों में सबसे प्रमुख मना जा रहा है। यह भी ख़बर मिली है कि भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने पेटीएम पेमेंट्स बैंक को 29 फरवरी से नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ने पर रोक लगाने का निर्देश दिया था, जिसकी समय सीमा बढ़ाकर अब 15 मार्च कर दी गई है । माना जाता है कि पेटीएम देश में सबसे बड़े भुगतान प्लेटफॉर्म में से एक है, ऐसे में उसकी सहयोगी इकाई पर आरबीआई के इस एक्शन के बाद से बाजार की इस प्रकरण पर नजर बनी हुई है।
