भारत में कोरोना की भयावहता को देख कर 70 से अधिक जिलों को लॉकडाउन कर दिया है। लोगों को घरों के अंदर रहने की हिदायत दी जा रही है। प्राइवेट सेक्टर के कर्मचारियों को यदि संभव है तो अपने घरों से कार्य करने की छूट दी गई है। बात एक दो दिन की होती तो ठीक था लेकिन 10 दिनों के लॉकडाउन में लोग समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं कि क्या किया जाए।
हालांकि कुछ लोगों के लिए यह समय भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी से राहत है। दूसरी तरफ कुछ लोगों को घर में रहना जेल में रहने जैसा लग रहा है। लेकिन हम आपलोगों को कुछ नायाब तरीके बताने जा रहे हैं जिससे कि आप इस समय का सदुपयोग कर सकते हैं वह भी बिना इंटरनेट के…
यूं तो इंटरनेट के बिना आजकल जीवन की परिकल्पना आसान नहीं है। वह वर्तमान में आम लोगों के जीवन में गहरी पैठ बना चुका है। लेकिन अब जब परिस्थितियों ने आपको मौका दिया है तो कुछ देर तो इससे दूरी बना ही सकते हैं। रोटी और सुविधाओं के चक्कर में हम जीना भूल गए हैं। परिवार को क्वालिटी समय देना, उनके साथ हंसना, बातें साझा करना सब सिमट गया है। बच्चों की फीस और पढ़ाई के बीच संवाद छूट गए हैं। प्रकृति ने मौका दिया है वापस संवाद कायम करने का तो क्यों न इस समय का सदुपयोग करें!
1- कैरम बोर्ड, लूडो, सांप सीढ़ी, व्यापार खेले कितने दिन हो गए आपको? न… न मोबाइल पर खेलेने की बात नहीं कर रहा मैं! परिवार के साथ बैठकर आपने कब खेला था? नहीं खेला न तो निकालिए दुछत्ती पर रखे इन खेलों को और शुरू हो जाइए। मेरा कल का निजी अनुभव है आप 30 साल पहले पहुंच जाएंगे।
2 – वायरस के प्रभाव से बचने के लिए उचित खानपान भी लाभदायक होता है! खाली बैठे हैं तो अपने लिए पूरे महीने भर का डाईट प्लान बना लीजिये। जिसे आपने कई दिनों से टू-डू श्रेणी में रखा हुआ था! खान पान जितना सरल हो बीमारियों को आपसे दूर रखता है!
3- किसी से न मिलना भी जीवन का एक हिस्सा है! पुराने जमाने में लोग प्रायः एकांतवास का स्वेछा से चयन करते थे! ताकि आत्मंथन कर सकें ! इसी दिशा में योग और मेडिटेशन को भी रखा जा सकता है! इन दिनों योग को भी आप अपने दैनिक क्रियाकलापों में शामिल कर सकते हैं!
4- भागदौड़ ने हमें अकेला कर दिया है आपकी फोन लिस्ट में शामिल स्वजनों को फ़ोन करना भी इन दिनों समय गुजारने का अच्छा विकल्प है!
5- पाक कला में हाथ आजमा सकते हैं मम्मी के हाथ का बच्चे रोज खाते हैं यदि आप बनाएंगे तो बच्चों को नया जायका मिलेगा और धर्मपत्नी को भी एक समय चकले बेलन से मुक्ति मिल जायेगी!
6- बुक रेक में पड़ी किताबों की धूल हटाने का भी बढ़िया अवसर है! इसी बहाने आपकी किसी प्रिय पुस्तक को आप फिर से पढ़ कर अपने बच्चों के साथ साझा कर सकते हैं!
7-घर के बुजुर्गों के समीप पूरा दिन बैठे कितने दिन हो गए। आज फिर वह अवसर मिला है। कुछ घण्टे प्यार से उनके साथ बैठिये शायद जीवन की उलझनों से लड़ने का कोई मंत्र ही मिल जाये। आपकी समीपता उनमें जीवन का संचार कर देगी। बदले में आप अनुभव का खजाना पाएंगे वह मुफ्त है।
8- याद कीजिये अपनी शादी को कि अच्छे फोटाग्राफर के लिए कितने स्टूडियो के चक्कर लागये थे आपने, वीडियोग्राफी के लिए घर के बुजुर्गों से तकरार भी हुई होगी तब जाकर यादों के दस्तावेज बने होंगे। अच्छा मौका है उन दस्तावेजों में फिर से झांकने का, देखिए तब 30 वाली कमर आज कमरा होने के कगार पर है। शादी के उन पलों में झांकते हुए अपनी पत्नी की तरफ प्यार से देखिए। कितना फर्क आ गया है उनमें। इस बदलाव को महसूस कीजिये कि कब बच्चों और परिवार के बीच कानों के पीछे से सफेद बाल झांकने लगे।
