100 किमी की रफ्तार के साथ चक्रवाती तूफान “मिचौंग” मचा रहा कहर
MICHAUNG CYCLONE UPDATE:बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर बना दबाव क्षेत्र अब चक्रवाती तूफान मिचौंग में बदल गया है। चक्रवाती तूफान “मिचौंग” ने तमिलनाडु के कई शहरों में तबाही मचानी शुरू कर दी है। शहर के कई सड़क पानी-पानी हो चुके हैं। प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार चेन्नई एयरपोर्ट के रनवे पर भी पानी भर गया है। मिचौंग चक्रवात तूफान ने देश के पूर्वी राज्य आंध्र प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु और पुड्डूचेरी के पूर्वी तटीय इलाकों में तांडव मचा रखा है। चेन्नई के तटीय इलाकों में तेज हवाएं और मूसलाधार बारिश भी हो रही है। जिस कारण रनवे से फ्लाइट्स के उड़ान पर भी असर पड़ रहा है।
चक्रवाती तूफान “मिचौंग” के करीब पहुंचते ही संबंधित राज्य सरकारों ने चेन्नई, तिरूवल्लूर, कांचीपुरम और चेंगलपट्ट आदि जिलों में सार्वजनिक अवकाश घोषित कर दिया है। राज्य में आवश्यक वस्तुओं और मेडिकल सेवाओं को चालू रखा गया है। इस क्षेत्र से जुड़ी रेलगाड़ी के रूट को या तो डायवर्ट कर दिया गया है या रेलगाड़ियों को रद्द कर दिया गया है। आम जनाता और मछुआरे को तटीय क्षेत्रों से दूरी बनाए रखने को कहा गया है।
चक्रवात की स्थिति को देखते हुए मौके पर एनडीआरएफ और एसडीआरएफ की टीमें मौजूद हैं। स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तमिलनाडू और जिला- स्तरीय आपादा केंद्र चौबीसों घंटे की सेवा प्रदान कर रही है। इस काम के लिए राज्य तथा जिला स्तर पर अतिरिक्त कर्मचारियों की भी सहायता ली जा रही है। तूफान से प्रभावित होने की स्थिति में मदद के लिए नियंत्रण कक्ष भी स्थापित किए गए है। विभाग ने इससे संबंधित हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी जारी किया है।
आपको बता दें कि इस तूफान को 4 दिसंबर की दोपहर तक दक्षिण आंध्रप्रदेश और निकटवर्ती तमिलनाडु के तट से होते हुए पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी तक पहुंचने की संभावना है। जिसके बाद चक्रवाती तूफान मिचौंग के उत्तर की ओर बढ़ते हुए 5 दिसंबर तक ज्यादा मजबूत होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। मिचौंग तूफान के असर पर केंद्र सरकार भी नजर बना रखी है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने संबंधित राज्यों को पूरी सहायता का भरोसा दिलाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार इस आपदा की स्थिति में पूरी तरह राज्य के लोगों के साथ है।
