राष्ट्रीयता की झांकी प्रस्तुत करता गीत – ‘मिले सुर मेरा तुम्हारा’ – रक्षा पंड्या
भारत एकमात्र ऐसा देश है, जहां विभिन्न भाषा – बोली, क्षेत्र – विशेष और जातिगत विभिन्नता होने के बावजूद भी सदैव एकता, समानता एवं भाईचारा देखने को मिलता है। यहां अनेक रंगों का मिलाप है, तो आपसी प्रेम का सौहार्द्र भी है। यहां विभिन्न सुरों का आलाप है तो भाईचारे का राग भी है। और जहां सुरों की बात हो रही है तो ऐसे में हम सुर – ताल और आलाप के अद्भुत सम्मिश्रण यानी ‘मिले सुर मेरा तुम्हारा’ गीत को कैसे भूल सकते है?
‘मिले सुर मेरा तुम्हारा’, यह गीत सबसे पहले 15 अगस्त, 1988 को दूरदर्शन पर प्रसारित किया गया। उस दौर में दूरदर्शन ही प्रसारण का एकमात्र जरिया था, और उस समय इस गीत को दूरदर्शन पर एक विज्ञापन के तौर पर भारत की एकता व अखंडता को दर्शाने हेतु समय – समय से प्रसारित किया जाता था। आज शायद ही ऐसा कोई भारतीय होगा, जिसने यह गीत न सुना हो।
बताया जाता है कि, इस गीत का विचार तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी और जयदीप समर्थ के बीच बातचीत से पैदा हुआ था। राजीव गांधी चाहते थे कि कोई ऐसा गीत बने जो कि, देशप्रेम, एवं राष्ट्रीय एकता की भावना जन – जन के मन में जगाए। बता दें कि, अभिनेत्री नूतन व तनूजा के भाई जयदीप उस समय तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री के व्यक्तिगत मित्र होने के साथ ओबीएम में वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी थे। उन्होंने ओगिलवी के राष्ट्रीय क्रिएटिव हेड सुरेश मलिक से इस गाने को लेकर विचार साझा किया। इसके बाद सुरेश ने फिल्म निर्माता कैलाश सुरेंद्रनाथ से इस सिलसिले में मुलाकात की। इसके बाद दोनों ने पंडित भीमसेन जोशी से मिलकर इस मेगा-प्रोजेक्ट में शामिल होने का अनुरोध किया। इस तरह पंडित भीमसेन जोशी इसका हिस्सा बने। सुरेंद्रनाथ ने जैज़ संगीतकार लुइ बैंक्स, संगीतकार पी. वैद्यनाथन और सिनेमेटोग्राफर आर के राव को भी इस परियोजना में शामिल कर लिया। बताते हैं कि, वैद्यनाथन और बैंक्स ने विभिन्न भाषाओं के लिए संगीत अरेंज किया, अलग-अलग राज्यों के संगीतकारों की मदद से एक से दूसरी भाषा में अंतरण की व्यवस्था की और राष्ट्र गान को समाहित करते हुए इसके अंतिम उत्कर्ष का सृजन किया। बाद में इन लोगों के सहयोग से ही गीत को व्यवस्थित रूप में प्रदर्शित किया जा सका। गीत को संगीतबद्ध भीमसेन जोशी और अशोक पाटकी ने किया, और इस गीत के बोल पीयूष पांडेय ने लिखे हैं। पंडित भीमसेन ने यह गीत राग भैरवी में रचा एवं गाया है। राग भैरवी एक संपूर्ण राग है जिसमें 12 स्वर होते हैं। यह हिंदुस्तानी और कर्नाटक दोनों शैलियों में प्रयुक्त होती है। इस गीत की सबसे अनोखी बात यह है कि इसमें 15 भारतीय भाषाओं का अद्भुत समागम देखने को मिलता है। देश की विभिन्न भाषाओं एवं संस्कृतियों को जोड़ने का भला इससे अच्छा और सुरीला प्रयोग क्या होगा?
इस गीत का उद्देश्य था भारतवासियों को यह अहसास दिलाना कि हम सब असल में एक ही हैं तथा एक ही देश के वासी होने के नाते हम सभी का हित भी एक ही है। इसी के चलते, एक लिखित सन्देश से यह वीडियो शुरू होता है। पंडित जोशी के संग एम बालामुर्लिकृष्ण, लता मगेश्कर, कविता कृष्णमूर्ति, एवं सुचित्रा मित्रा गाते हैं। इस गीत में और अन्य प्रसिद्ध चहरे भी है, जैसे शबाना आज़मी, अमिताभ बच्चन, ओम पुरी, मृणाल सेन, मारिओ मिरांडा, मल्लिका साराभाई, इत्यादि।
खास बात ये है कि इस गीत को कला, खेल, साहित्य एवं अन्य विधाओं के ख्याति प्राप्त लोगों ने सामूहिक रूप से पेश किया था। बता दें कि, इस गीत को एक बार फिर से बनाने का प्रयास एक – दो बार किया गया। लेकिन फिर से बनाए गए यह गीत लोगों पर वह छाप नहीं छोड़ पाए जो 90 के दशक में बने इस ‘मिले सुर मेरा तुम्हारा’ गीत ने छोड़ी थी। इस प्रकार ‘मिले सुर’ आज तक हम सबका राष्ट्र गान बना हुआ है और बन गया है राष्ट्रीयता की एक झांकी।
