नई दिल्ली।भारत के दक्षिण राज्य केरल में एक बार फिर से दो मरीजों की मौत हो गई है।स्वास्थ्य विभाग की माने तो ये मौतें निपाह वायरस से हुई लग रही हैं। केरल राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीणा जार्ज ने हालात का जायजा लिया । पूरे स्वास्थय विभाग को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है। निजी अस्पतालों में हुए इन दो मरीजों की मौतों के बाद एक बार फिर से पूरा राज्य निपाह वायरस की चपेट में आने को लेकर डर गया है।
दोनों मरीजों की मौत बुखार के कारण हुई है। बताया जा रहा है कि निपाह वायरस के कारण मरे इन मरीजों के रिश्तेदार भी निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं। मृत दो लोगों में एक 4 साल का और एक 9 साल का बच्चा है। मृतकों के सैंपल को जांच के लिए नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वायरोलॉजी भेजा गया है।निपाह वायरस ने पूरे राज्य के आम लोगों के साथ साथ सरकार को भी सकते में ला दिया है।
बताते चलें कि निपाह वायरस एक प्रकार का जूनोटिक वायरस है। यह जानवरों के द्वारा फैलता है।कई बार तो यह देखा गया है कि यह एक इंसान से दूसरे इंसान में भी फैल सकता है। विश्व स्वास्थय संगठन की माने तो यह कई बार खाने पीने की चीजों से भी फैल जाता है।
निपाह वायरस आया कहां से…
माना जाता है कि निपाह वायस चमगादड़ से आया है।इस मामले में विश्व स्वास्थय संगठन की माने तो निपाह के लिए सिर्फ चमगादड़ ही नहीं बल्कि सूअर,घोड़े,भेड़े और कुत्ते-बिल्ली भी हो सकते हैं।
क्या है निपाह वायरस के लक्षण..
निपाह वायरस संक्रमित व्यक्ति में बुखार,सिरदर्द,सांस लेने में दिक्कत,खरास आदि के लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं। इन लक्षणों के बढ़ने पर निमोनिया और इंसेफेलाइटिस का शिकार होने के भी चांसेज बढ़ जाते है । जिसके बढ़ने पर मरीज कोमा में भी जा सकता है।
हालांकि अभी तक निपाह वायरस का कोई सटीक इलाज नहीं आया है। बचाव ही इसका उपाय है। कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि निपाह वायरस के स्त्रोत जानवरों से दूर ही रहें। समय समय पर शरीर को स्वच्छ करते रहें।किसी भी पेड़ से गिरे जूठे फल को ना खाएं।और हां चमगादड़ से तो बच कर ही रहें।
