नॉएडा बनने जा रहा है सेमीकंडक्टर हब, बसेंगी नई कोरियन और जापानी सिटीज़
उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा में यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (YEIDA) ने जेवर एयरपोर्ट के पास “जपानी” और “कोरियाई” इंडस्ट्रियल सिटीज़ बसाने की कार्यविधि शुरू कर दी हैं | प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार सेक्टर 4 – ए और सेक्टर 5-ए में यह सिटीज बसाई जाएँगी और साथ ही कोरियाई और जापानी लोगो के लिए आवासीय क्षेत्र भी तैयार किया जाएगा | माना जा रहा है कि जेवर एयरपोर्ट के पास इन सिटीज़ को बसाने से दोनों देशो से आने वाले करोबारियों के लिए कनेक्टिविटी आसान रहेगी| सरकार द्वारा इस कार्य के लिए ज़मीन भी अधिग्रहण कर ली गयी है|
सूचना के अनुसार नॉएडा में बसाई जा रही ये सिटीज़ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक विनिर्माण इकाइयां स्थापित करेंगी | सरकार ने जापानी सिटी के लिए सेक्टर 5 -ए में 395 हेक्टेयर भूमि और कोरियाई सिटी के लिए सेक्टर 4-ए में 365 हेक्टेयर भूमि अधिग्रहण कर ली है, जहाँ से जेवर एयरपोर्ट लगभग 10 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है | प्राधिकरण के सीईओ अरुणवीर सिंह का मानना है कि इन दो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हब में चिप्स, सेमीकंडक्टर, एआई उपकरण और कैमरे बनाने वाली कंपनियां स्थापित की जाएँगी ।
दोनों सिटीज़ को बसाने का निर्णय पिछले साल यूपी ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट से पहले जापान और कोरिया के निवेशकों के साथ एक बैठक में ले लिया गया था | अरुणवीर सिंह यह भी बताते हैं कि जापानी और कोरियन कंपनी के कर्मचारियों के लिए आवास, स्कूल, अस्पताल और अन्य ज़रूरी सुविधाओं के साथ- साथ उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की भी योजना तैयार की जा रही है | इन योजनओं के लिए आने वाले महीनों में अनेक प्रतिनिधिमंडल भी आएंगे |
प्राधिकरण के ओएसडी शैलेन्द्र भाटिया ने बताय कि 70% भूमि उद्योग और 13% भूमि कारोबारी उपयोग के लिए अलग रखी जाएगी | साथ ही कुल ज़मीन का 10% आवासीय जरूरतों के लिए और 5% स्कूल, अस्पताल आदि संस्थानों के लिए रखा जाएगा | बाकी बचा 2% भूमि का उपयोग अन्य सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए किया जाएगा।
उम्मीद लगाई जा रही है कि दोनों सिटीज के निर्माण में लगभग 2,544 करोड़ का खर्च होगा, जिसके लिए प्राधिकरण ने राज्य सरकार को पत्र लिखकर परियोजना लागत का 50% ब्याज मुक्त ऋण देने का अनुरोध भी किया है | सूचना के अनुसार राज्य सरकार अब तक प्राधिकरण को 2 किश्तों में लगभग 3,300 करोड़ रूपये का ऋण दे चुकी है | आने वाल सालो में प्राधिकरण अब भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के लिए अर्जित मुनाफे, प्लॉट योजनाओं से उत्पन्न राजस्व और बैंकों के ऋण से अपना हिस्सा देने की योजना बनाएगा |
