Faridabad: हाल ही में जारी की गई IQAir रिपोर्ट में अनेक शहरों के प्रदूषण के हालत बयां हुए है। इस रिपोर्ट के माध्यम से देखा जा सकता है कि कैसे प्रदूषण कम करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने जो दावे किए थे, उनका असर कहीं नजर नहीं आ रहा है। आपको बता दें कि देश के टॉप 50 प्रदूषित शहरों में अपने फरीदाबाद का नाम भी शामिल हुआ है। प्रदूषित शहरों की लिस्ट में फरीदाबाद 25 वें स्थान पर है। यहां पीएम 2.5 का स्तर सामान्य से कई गुणा ज्यादा रहता है। इससे लोगों को सांस लेने में तकलीफ होती है। यह दावा किया जा रहा है कि हरियाणा स्टेट पलूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड के साथ-साथ नगर निगम ने भी प्रदूषण कम करने की दिशा में खूब काम किया है। लेकिन आज शहर का हाल देखें तो जाम के कारण वाहनों से निकलने वाले धुएं, फैक्ट्री के धुएं, धूल आदि के कारण प्रदूषण का स्तर बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। पिछले साल की तुलना में प्रदूषण के मामले में फरीदाबाद की हालत और बिगड़ गयी है।
प्रदूषण के मामले में हमेशा शुमार फरीदाबाद
आपको बता दें कि फरीदाबाद का नाम हमेशा से ही प्रदूषण के मामले में टॉप-10 शहरों में शुमार रहता है। यहां पीएम 2.5 की मात्रा 300 माइक्रोग्राम प्रति क्यूबिक मीटर से ज्यादा रहती है, जो सेहत के लिए बहुत हानिकारक है। रिपोर्ट्स की मने तो शहर में प्रदूषण के तीन प्रमुख कारण हैं। यह कारण है पेट्रोल-डीजल के वाहनों की संख्या, फैक्ट्रियों का धुआं और सड़क किनारे पड़ी धूल। अक्टूबर से जनवरी तक प्रदूषण का ग्राफ इस कदर बढ़ जाता है कि लोगों का सांस लेना मुश्किल हो जाता है। दिवाली के आसपास पटाखों से निकलने वाले धुएं के कारण सारा प्रदूषण नीचे ही जम जाता है। इस कारण एक्यूआई में भी बढ़ोतरी हो जाती है।
इन उपायों से कम हो सकता है प्रदूषण
प्रदूषण फैलाने में फ्यूल वाहनों की भूमिका 40 प्रतिशत है। इसलिए सरकार इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के इस्तेमाल पर ज्यादा जोर दे रही है। साथ ही प्रदूषण फैलने का बड़ा कारण ईंट-भट्ठे व क्रशर जोन भी है। क्रशर चलने के कारण टूटी सड़कें भी प्रदूषण के बढ़ते स्तर की वजह है। हमारे यहां दो तरह की सड़कें बनाई जाती हैं एक तो तारकोल और दूसरी सीमेंटिड। इनमें से सीमेंटिड सड़क -प्रदूषण ज्यादा करती है। हाइवे सीमेंटिड बनी है तो टायर के घिसने से ज्यादा प्रदूषण होता है। हालांकि, हाइवे अब तारकोल से ज्यादा बनाए जाते हैं।
