एयर पलूशन के साइड इफेक्ट से मास्क और एयर प्योरिफायर कितना बचा बाते हैं इस बात को लेकर डॉक्टर्स में भी असमंजस है. हालांकि यह प्रदूषण सेहत के लिए बेहद खतरनाक है इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं. ऐसे में आयुर्वेद एक्सपर्ट के बताए हुए कुछ आसान उपचार अपनाकर आप खुद को और अपने परिवार को सुरक्षित रख सकते हैं.
घर में लगाएं तुलसी
प्रदूषण को कम करने के लिए हर घर में तुलसी का पौधा लगाना चाहिए. कहा जाता है कि तुलसी के पौधे हवा को शुद्ध करते हैं. अगर आप रोजाना 10-15 एमएल तुलसी का जूस पीते हैं तो ये आपके शारीर को प्रदूषण से बचाता है, और इस से शरीर में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ने लगता है.
हल्दी है गुणकारी
कई आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक सलाह देते हैं कि अगर घी या शहद के साथ एक चम्मच हल्दी का पाउडर खाली पेट सेवन किया जय तो उए प्रदुषण के इफेक्ट्स को कम करने में सहायक होता है.
रोजाना खाएं घी
रोजाना सुबह या सोते वक्त नाक में दो बूंद गाय का घी डालें जिससे हानिकारक तत्व आपके फेफड़ों में नहीं पहुंचेंगे। आयुर्वेद के जानकार बताते हैं कि रोजाना दो से तीन चम्मच घर का बना घी खाना जरूरी है। इससे लेड और मर्क्युरी जैसे तत्व आपके लिवर और किडनी में जमा नहीं होते।
अदरक हमेशा रखें साथ
अदरक से शरीर की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ती है और ये सांस से जुड़ी हुई समस्याओं में फायदेमंद होता है। जब आप ऐसी जगह पर होते हैं जहां प्रदूषण ज्यादा होता है तो अदरक साथ रखें. आप इसे सलाद के साथ कद्दूकस करके या चाय में डालकर भी ले सकते हैं, लेकिन ज्यादा अदरक न लें इसके साइड इफेक्ट हो सकते हैं.
त्रिफला दूर करेगा दोष
प्रदूषण से त्रिदोष का बैलेंस बिगड़ जाता है और त्रिफला इसको ठीक करने में मदद करता है, साथ ही प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाता है. रात के वक्त शहद के साथ त्रिफला लेना फायदेमंद होता है.
भाप लेना भी जरूरी
गुनगुने पानी में यूकेलिप्टस के तेल की 5-10 बूंदें या पेपरमिंट डालें और इसकी भाप लें. प्रदूषण से सबसे ज्यादा सांस लेने में ही तकलीफ होती है. और ऐसे में अगर आप ये उपाय अपनाते हैं तो आपकी तकलीफ कुछ कम हो सकती है.
