सड़क हादसे में घायल को अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले को मिलेंगे 2000 रुपए-फरिश्ते योजना
Punjab Fariste Yojna: पंजाब से एक गुड न्यूज सामने आ रही है। पंजाब सरकार ने सड़क हादसे में घायल लोगों को अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले को 2000 रुपये की सहायता राशि देने की बात कर रही है। सरकार ने यह घोषणा किया है कि सड़क हादसों में घायल को अस्पताल पहुंचाने के लिए यह फरिश्ते योजना लागू कर रही है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य सड़क हादसों में घायल लोगों की समय पर इलाज मिलने और जान बचाने को लेकर है। इस योजना में यह भी व्यवस्था की गई है कि सड़क हादसों में अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले व्यक्ति जब तक स्वयं ना चाहे, पुलिस या प्रशासन उसे चश्मदीद गवाह नहीं बना सकती।

वित्त मंत्री हरपाल सिंह चीमा की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा की विकास परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा के लिए बुलाई गई बैठक में राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बलबीर सिंह ने इस योजना के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दिखाई। राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बताया कि सड़क हादसे के पहले 48 घंटे तक घायल का निशुल्क इलाज किया जाएगा। घायल चाहे राज्य से हो या दूसरे किसी राज्य का निवासी उसमें किसी प्रकार का भेदभाव नहीं किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि सड़क हादसों के शिकार लोगों को सरकारी अस्पताल के साथ-साथ निजी अस्पताल में भी फ्री इलाज मुहैया कराई जाएगी।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बैठक में मौजूद अधिकारियों से राज्य में बनाए जा रहे पांच नए मेडिकल कॉलेज के विकास की भी जानकारी ली। साथ ही पंजाब इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ लीवर एंड बिलीरी साइंसज में मौजूद सुविधा का जायजा भी लिया। डॉ बलबीर सिंह ने बताया कि इलाज के लिए सही मार्गदर्शन और लोगों की मदद के सरकार “मरीज सुविधा केंद्र” स्थापित करने की तैयारी में है। आपको बता दें कि राज्य सरकार, सरकारी अस्पतालों, एमसीएच धूरी, सीएचसी कौहरियां और चीमा में स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं को अपग्रेड करने पर जोर दे रही है। जल्दी ही सभी जिला स्तर के अस्पतालों में एक्स-रे और अल्ट्रासाउंड की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी।
