तुअर दाल के लिए प्रोक्योरमेंट पोर्टल लॉन्च, किसानों के लिए बहार
TUR DAL PROCUREMENT PORTAL: किसानों के लिए केंद्रीय सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह जी ने एक अच्छी खबर दी है। देश में अब से तुअर दाल की खरीद बिक्री के लिए एक प्रोक्योरमेंट पोर्टल को लॉन्च किया गया है। अमित शाह ने इस बाबत यह भी कहा है कि- भारत तुअर दाल के मामले में 2027 तक पूर्णत: आत्मनिर्भर हो जाएगा। किसान अब इस पोर्टल की मदद से अपनी तुअर दाल की फसल को बेच सकेंगे। यह पोर्टल महाराष्ट्र, आंध्र प्रदेश सहित कई अन्य राज्यों के तुअर उत्पादकों के विपणन को सुव्यवस्थित करेगा।
इस प्रोक्योरमेंट प्रोर्टल से एक साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन, खरीद और भुगतान यानी कि सारी प्रक्रियाएं पूरी की जा सकती हैं। पोर्टल की मदद से किसानों को सीधे फायदा होगा। किसान इस पोर्टल पर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करके सीधे तुअर की दाल को बेच सकते हैं। सरकार का कहना है कि इससे किसानों को अपने उत्पाद बेचने के लिए यहां वहां जाने का झंझट ही खत्म हो जाएगा।
आपको बता दें कि इस पोर्टल के शुरू होने से पहले किसान अपने तुअर दाल को मंडी में बेचते थे। जिसके कारण मुनाफा का बड़ा हिस्सा मीडिल मैन यानी कि बिचौलिए खा जाते थे। आगे से किसाने के पास अपने उत्पाद के लिए एक और विक्ल्प मौजूद होगा, जिससे किसानों को सही कीमत मिल सकेगी।
हालांकि, अभी तक सरकार भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कृषि सहकारी विपणन संघ (NAFED) और भारतीय उपभोक्ता सहकारी संघ (NCCF) जैसी संस्थाओं के द्वारा तुअर दाल की खरीद करती आ रही है। सरकार इन एजेंसियों के मार्फत उत्पाद की खरीद के बाद इन्हें स्टॉक करती है। जिसे समय आने पर या कीमत बढ़ जाने पर बाजार में बेचती है। सरकार इन्हीं प्रक्रियाओं की मदद से देश में खाधान्नों की कीमतों को नियंत्रित करती है और महंगाई की स्थिति में आम जन की जेबों को सहायता प्रदान करती है।
