अगर आप स्मार्टफोन का इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो आपने टिक टॉक पर बनी वीडियो तो देखी ही होगी. अधिकतर युवक-युवतियों के सिर पर इसका नशा सर चढ़ कर बोल रहा है. जिसके हाथ में स्मार्टफोन है, उसने जरूर इसे देखा होगा। हालांकि, कुछ समय पहले इसको लेकर काफी विवाद हुआ था। इसे पोर्नोग्राफी को बढावा देने वाला भी बताया जाने लगा था। मद्रास हाईकोर्ट में इसको लेकर खूब बहस भी हुई थी। लेकिन, अब सबकुछ सामान्य सा दिख रहा है।
अब तो उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने सड़क, साइबर और महिला सुरक्षा सहित अन्य सामाजिक मुद्दों के प्रति लोगों को जागरुक बनाने के लिये लोकप्रिय चीनी वीडियो प्लेटफार्म टिक टॉक के साथ हाथ मिलाया है। उत्तराखंड के पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार ने कहा कि हमारा मानना है कि टिक टॉक के जरिये हम लोगों तक अपने संदेश पहुंचाने में सक्षम होंगे। हम लोगों से व्यक्तिगत तौर पर आसानी से जुड़ पाएंगे। श्री कुमार ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड पुलिस टिक टॉक वीडियो ऐप के माध्यम से सड़क सुरक्षा, साइबर सुरक्षा, महिला सुरक्षा और अन्य सामाजिक मुद्दों पर जागरूकता वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया के जरिये लोगों से साझा करेगी। गौरतलब है कि देश में सबसे पहले टिक टॉक के साथ केरल पुलिस ने हाथ मिलाया था। केरल पुलिस पिछले महीने टिक टॉक से जुड़ी थी और उसके सवा दो लाख से अधिक फॉलोवर्स हैं।
तो अब सवाल यह है कि आखिर यह टिक टॉक है क्या जिसके पीछे पूरी दुनिया पागल हो रही है। आइए जानते हैं।एक चुटकी सिंदूर की कीमत तुम क्या जानो रमेश बाबू? बैकग्राउंड में दीपिका पादुकोण की आवाज में ‘ओम शांति ओम’ फिल्म का ये डायलॉग सुनाई पड़ता है और सामने एक आम लड़की का चेहरा दिखता है। लड़की अपनी उंगलियां माथे की ओर ले जाती है और भावुक आंखों से डायलॉग की तर्ज पर अपने होंठ हिलाती है। इंटरनेट इस्तेमाल करने वाला हर शख्स ऐसे छोटे-छोटे वीडियो से दो-चार होता है। ऐसे ज्यादातर वीडियो चीनी ऐप ‘टिक-टॉक’ की देन हैं।
क्या है टिक टॉक ?
टिक-टॉक’ एक सोशल मीडिया ऐप्लिकेशन है जिसके जरिए स्मार्टफोन यूजर छोटे-छोटे वीडियो (15 सेकेंड तक के) बना और शेयर कर सकते हैं। ‘बाइट डान्स’ इसके स्वामित्व वाली कंपनी है जिसने चीन में सितंबर, 2016 में ‘टिक-टॉक’ लॉन्च किया था। साल 2018 में ‘टिक-टॉक’ की लोकप्रियता बहुत तेजी से बढ़ी और अक्टूबर 2018 में ये अमेरिका में सबसे ज्यादा डाउनलोड किया जाने वाला ऐप बन गया। अमेरिका में टिक टॉक पर 40 करोड़ का जुर्माना भी लग चुका है। गूगल प्ले स्टोर पर टिक-टॉक का परिचय ‘Short videos for you’ (आपके लिए छोटे वीडियो) कहकर दिया गया है। प्ले-स्टोर पर टिक-टॉक को परिभाषित कहते हुए लिखा गया है- टिक-टॉक मोबाइल से छोटे-छोटे वीडियो बनाने का कोई साधारण जरिया नहीं है। इसमें कोई बनावटीपन नहीं है, ये रियल है और इसकी कोई सीमाएं नहीं हैं। टिक-टॉक पर आइए और 15 सेकेंड में दुनिया को अपनी कहानी बताइए।
