महिला कर्मचारी अब अपने बच्चों को पेंशन के लिए कर सकेंगी नोमिनेट
New Pension Rule: केंद्र सरकरा ने पेंशन को लेकर एक नया नियम बनाया है। इसके अंतर्गत अब महिला कर्मचारी वैवाहिक विवाद की स्थिति में पेंशन के लिए अपने पति की जगह बच्चों को नामित कर सकेंगी। आपको बता दें कि केंद्रीय सिविल सेवा(पेंशन) अधिनियम, 2021 का नियम 50 सरकारी कर्मचारी या सेवानिवृत सरकारी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु के बाद पेंशन की अनुमति प्रदान करता है।
नियम के अनुसार, यदि किसी मृत कर्मचारी या पेंशनभोगी की पति अथवा पत्नी जीवित है तो पारिवारिक पेंशन पाने का हकदार सबसे पहले पत्नी या पति ही होगा। हालांकि पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग (डीओपीपीडब्ल्यू) ने अब इस बाबत संशोधन किया है, जिसके बाद एक महिला कर्मचारी अपने पति की जगह पेंशन के लिए अपने बच्चों को नामित कर सकेगी।
डीओपीपीडब्ल्यू के सचिव वी श्रीनिवास ने कहा है कि तलाक, घरेलु हिंसा, और महिला सुरक्षा जैसे मुद्दों के विवाद मामले में महिला को इस तरह की पेंशन के लिए बच्चों को नामित करने की छूट देता है। इस तरह का संशोधन महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय के परामर्श पर लिया गया है। मंत्रालय के माने तो यह फैसला काफी प्रगतिशील है और इससे महिला के सशक्तिकरण में काफी मदद मिलेगी। इस कानून के बाद अगर किसी महिला का पति जीवित है और उनका एक ही बच्चा है तो परिवारिक पेंशन के लिए उस बच्चे को भी प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
