WORLD HINDI DAY 10 JAN:हम भारतीय अपने लेखन और बोलचाल में कई भाषाओं का प्रयोग करते हैं लेकिन इन सब में हिन्दी एक ऐसी भाषा है जो हम सब को आपस में जोड़कर रखती है। हम भातीयों के लिए हिन्दी केवल एक भाषा नहीं अपितु यह हमारी पहचान है। भारत सहित पूरी दुनिया में 10 जनवरी का दिन काफी विशेष महत्व रखता है। हो भी क्यों न, हिन्दी प्रेमियों के लिए इस खास दिन को हिन्दी दिवस के रूप में मनाने की रीत जो है।
भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ मनमोहन सिंह ने साल 2006 से हर वर्ष इस दिन को हिन्दी दिवस के रूप में मनाने की घोषणा की थी। आज के दिन दुनिया भर में हिन्दी के विकास और प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए सम्मेलन आदि किए जाते हैं। पहली बार विश्व हिन्दी सम्मेलन 10 जनवरी 1975 को ही आयोजित किया गया था। इस आयोजन में सम्मिलित होने के लिए देश विदेश से हिन्दी के पुरोधा और प्रेमी ने बढ़-चढ़ कर अपनी हिस्सेदारी दी थी, जिस कारण ही 10 जनवरी को विश्व हिन्दी दिवस मनाना तय हुआ। हिन्दी दुनिया भर में सबसे ज्यादा बोली जाने वाली पांच भाषाओं में से एक है।
हर साल वर्ल्ड हिन्दी दिवस की थीम अलग-अलग रखी जाती है। इस साल विश्व हिन्दी दिवस सम्मेलन की थीम “हिन्दी पारंपरिक ज्ञान से कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता तक” है। यह कतई अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगी कि हिन्दी भाषा ने विदेशों में बसे भारतीयों को वैश्विक स्तर पर एक अलग पहचान दिलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। आज विश्व के सभी विकसित देशों में हिन्दी भाषी भारतीय आपको देखने को मिल जाएंगे। आप हिन्दी भाषा की लोकप्रियता का अंदाजा इस बात से लगा सकते हैं कि साल 2017 में ऑक्सफोर्ड डिक्शनरी में हिन्दी के शब्दों- बच्चा, बड़ा दिन और सूर्य नमस्कार को जोड़ा गया है। यह सफलता सिर्फ हमारी भाषा तक ही सीमित नहीं है बल्कि यह भारतीय सभ्यता और संस्कृति की भी जीत है।
संविधान में हिन्दी को क्या दर्जा दिया गया है-
भारतीय संविधान ने भी भारत में सबसे ज्यादा बोली जानी वाली हिन्दी भाषा को महत्वपूर्ण स्थान दिया गया है। संविधान निर्माताओं ने हिन्दी को राष्ट्रभाषा बनाए जाने की मांग को देखते हुए हिन्दी को संघ की राजभाषा स्वीकार करते हुए इसके संबंध में प्रावधान किए हैं।
भारतीय संविधान ने हमारे प्रजातंत्र-प्रहरी यानी कि हमारी संसद में हिन्दी के प्रयोग को लेकर भी अनुच्छेद में कई प्रावधान किए हैं। संविधान का अनुच्छेद 348 संसद तथा विधानमंडल के कार्य को हिन्दी में करने का आदेश देता है। संविधान के भाग-17 के अनुच्छेद 343 से 351 तक में राजभाषा संबंधी प्रावधान किए गए हैं। अनुच्छेद 343 के खंड (1) के अनुसार देवनागरी लिपि में लिखित हिन्दी संघ की राजभाषा है।
