कोरोना वायरस महामारी से उबरने के बाद दुनिया भर में एक नया रूप दिखाई देने की संभावना है, जिसमें कई चीजें बदली हुई हो सकती हैं। लॉकडाउन की अवधि ने लोगों को जीवनयापन के कई विकल्प दिये हैं, इसी के साथ लोगों को प्राथमिकताओं का भी अंदाजा हो गया है। लोगों के बीच साफ-सफाई को लेकर एक नई जागरूकता का संचार हुआ है। लोग इस समय अपने हाथों को साफ रखने के साथ ही मास्क का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, उम्मीद है यह आदत लोगों में हमेशा बनी रहेगी। इस दौरान सोशल मीडिया को लेकर भी लोगों की सोच में बदलाव देने को मिला है। पहले जहां व्हाट्सऐप और अन्य माध्यमों पर गैर जरूरी खबरें या फेक खबरों का आदान-प्रदान आम था, वहीं अब लोग वैरीफाइड न्यूज़ पर ज्यादा भरोसा जता रहे हैं।
सड़क पर गाड़ियों की कतारें, धुआंं उगलती फैक्ट्रियां और धूल बिखेरते निर्माण हमारे शहरों के विकास की पहचान बन गए थे। बड़े पैमाने पर होने वाली गतिविधियों ने हमारे शहरों की हवा को कितना जहरीला और नदियों को कितना प्रदूषित किया, यह हम सब जानते हैं। छ: वर्ष पहले इसी दिन के आंकड़ों से तुलना करें तो वायु के अपेक्षाकृत बड़े प्रदूषणकारी धूल कणिकाओं पी.एम. 10 की मात्रा में 44% की कमी पाई गई। अधिक खतरनाक माने जाने वाली सूक्ष्म वायु कणिकाएंं पी.एम. 2.5 की मात्रा में हालांंकि 8% की ही कमी अंकित की गई, पर इसका कारण इनके नीचे आकर किसी सतह पर स्थिर होने में लगने वाला समय माना जा सकता है। भारत में जिस गंगा को साफ करने के अभियान 45 साल से चल रहे थे और बीते पांच साल में ही करीब 20 हजार करोड़ रूपए खर्च करने पर भी मामूली सफलता दिख रही थी, उस गंगा को तीन हफ्ते के लाक डाउन ने निर्मल बना दिया। इतना ही नहीं चंडीगढ़ से हिमाचल की हिमालय की चोटिया देखने लगीं।
मेरा मनाना है की अब लोग समय की अहमियत को समझेंगे। लॉकडाउन के बाद लोग गैरजरूरी या कम जरूरी कामों को लेकर अपने समय को बर्बाद नहीं करेंगे। इसी के साथ लोग गैर जरूरी यात्राओं से भी बचेंगे। मीटिंग को लेकर भी लोग इंटरनेट का अधिक सहारा लेंगे, ऐसे में ट्रैफिक और प्रदूषण दोनों से ही राहत मिलने की संभावना है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के आधार पर कहा जा सकता है कि इस लॉकडाउन के कारण दिल्ली में यमुना एवं कानपुर तथा वाराणसी में गंगा के प्रदूषण स्तर में भी महत्वपूर्ण सुधार आया है। वैसै नमामि गंगे परियोजना पर अमल में कई लगातार प्रदूषित नालों को पिछले साल बंद किया जा चुका है। दिल्ली जल बोर्ड और नागरिकों का मानना है कि इस लॉकडाउन में यमुना का प्रदूषण स्तर भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में सुधरा है।
लॉकडाउन के बाद यह ‘वर्क फ्रॉम होम’ भी आम हो सकता है। गौरतलब है कि इसके पहले कंपनियाँ अपने कर्मचारियों को ‘वर्क फ्रॉम होम’ देने में कतराती थीं, लेकिन अब इसके फायदे उन कंपनियों को समझ में आ गए हैं। ‘वर्क फ्रॉम होम’ इन सभी कंपनियों की लागत को बड़े स्तर पर कम कर सकता है, इसी के साथ कंपनी के कर्मचारी को भी अपने काम और जीवन में संतुलन बनाने का बेहतर मौका मिलेगा।
लॉकडाउन के दौरान लोगों ने जो एक अच्छी चीज महसूस की है वो है ‘नजदीकी’। ये नजदीकी खुद के करीब आने और अपने को महसूस करने जैसी है। काम के बोझ और एक तरह की आपाधापी से भरी लाइफस्टाइल से लोगों को सुंकून मिला है। जिसमें वह ‘अपने बारे में’ और ‘अपनों के बारे में’ सोच रहा है। आने वाले कल को लेकर योजना बना रहा है। लॉकडाउन ने लोगों का एक तरह से मेकओवर किया है, तो शायद ये कहना गलत नहीं होगा, क्योंकि लॉकडाउन के बाद लोगों की जीवनशैली और दिनचार्या में ऐसे बदलाव देखने को मिल रहे हैं। इन दिनों में लोगों ने जीवन में अनुशासन के महत्व को बहुत करीब से जाना और समझा है। शरीर और सेहत के लिए जहां अनुशासन जरूरी हैं वहीं मन की शांति के लिए लोगों ने अध्यात्म की शक्ति को भी महसूस किया है। ये दोनों गुण व्यक्ति को सकारात्मक बनाने में अहम है, आने वाले समय में व्यक्ति को इसका लाभ भी मिलेगा।
