भारत में विदेशी फिल्म निर्माण के लिए प्रोत्साहन राशि करोड़ों में
IFFI 2023: भारत में विदेशी फिल्मों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए सरकार ने अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को दिखाया है। केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने कल आईएफएफआई में एक विशेष घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार विदेशी फिल्मों के लिए प्रोत्साहन राशि को 30 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 40 प्रतिशत करने का फैसला किया है। देश में विदेशी फिल्मों के निर्माण के लिए आज 30 करोड़ की बढ़ी हुई सीमा के साथ 5 प्रितशत अतिरिक्त बोनस है। जो कि कुल खर्च का 40 प्रतिशत है।
सरकार के इस प्रयास से देश में मध्यम और बड़े बजट की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म परियोजनाओं को गति मिलेगा। भारत सरकार ने पिछले कान्स में इस तरह की योजना की घोषणा की थी। इसमें कुल खर्च का 30 प्रतिशत सहायता राशि के रूप में देने की बात थी। जिसे बढ़ाकर अब 40 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है। श्री ठाकुर ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि “ इस तरह की योजनाओं से कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति को एक मजबूती मिलेगी। और इस तरह के प्रयास सिनेमाई प्रयासों के लिए हमारी स्थिति को और मजबूत करेगा।
इस तरह की प्रोत्साहन के लिए वे प्रोडक्शन ही पात्र होंगे जिन्हें 01 अप्रैल 2022 के बाद शूटिंग की अनुमति दी गई है। आपको बता दें कि सरकार ने प्रोत्साहन राशि को दो चरणों में देने की बात की है। इस प्रोत्साहन राशि को एक विशेष समिति के सिफारिश पर ही दिया जाएगा। इस प्रोत्साहन योजना का क्रियान्वयन फिल्म सुविधा कार्यालय द्वारा किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए सरकार ने एकल-खिड़की के तहत इसे आसान बनाने की कोशिश की है। इससे एक सिनेमा के लिए एक बेहतर इकोसिस्टम को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इस तरह की प्रोत्साहन योजना से एक ओर अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा मिलेगा तो दूसरी ओर नए नए रोजगार के अवसर तैयार होंगे।
