सक्षमता परीक्षा में हुआ बड़ा खुलासा, बिहार में 1205 नकली टीचर पढ़ा रहे हैं स्कूलों में
बिहार से एक हैरान कर देने वाली ख़बर आ रही है। बिहार के टीचर कंपीटेंसी एग्जाम ने शिक्षा व्यवस्था की पोल खोल कर रख दी है। खबरों के अनुसार सक्षमता परीक्षा के दौरान पता लगा कि बिहार में नकली टीचर स्कूलों में पढ़ा रहे हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि ये सभी कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वाले टीचर्स हैं। बिहार सक्षमता परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया के दौरान विभाग को पता लगा है कि राज्य में 1205 “नकली” संविदा शिक्षक स्कूलों में पढ़ा रहे हैं। यह खबर तब सामने आई जब इनके रोल नंबर एक-दूसरे शिक्षकों से मेल खाने लगे। इस सूचना को पक्का करने और अनियमितताओं को दूर करने के लिए विभाग ने इन शिक्षकों का फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन करने का आदेश जारी किया है।
डुप्लीकेट टीचर्स का हुआ खुलासा
बिहार के शिक्षा अधिकारी ने बताया कि हाल ही में आयोजित कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टीचर्स की दक्षता परीक्षा (Bihar Teacher Competency Exam) के दौरान पता लगा कि एक से अधिक व्यक्ति एक ही रोल नंबर के सहारे स्कूलों में पढ़ा रहे हैं। सरकारी स्कूलों में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टीचर के रूप में नियुक्ति के बाद, उन्हें रोल नंबर आवंटित किए गए थे। दक्षता परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए जमा किए गए दस्तावेजों की जाँच पड़ताल के दौरान इन डुप्लीकेट टीचर्स का पता लगा है ।
नवादा से है सबसे ज़्यादा मामले
5 मार्च को शिक्षा विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव के के पाठक की अध्यक्षता में बैठक हुई। उस बैठक में 1205 “नकली टीचर” के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की गयी । बैठक में पता चला कि इस मामले में सबसे आगे नवादा जिला है। नवादा में ऐसे 79 मामले सामने आए हैं। इसके बाद मुजफ्फरपुर में 58, गया में 56 और दरभंगा में 56, पटना में 55, समस्तीपुर में 53, बांका में 52, जहानाबाद में 51,सीवान में 41, नालंदा में 40, बेगूसराय में 39, अररिया में 38, और मुई में 35 मामले सामने आए हैं।
सक्षमता परीक्षा पास करना ज़रूरी
ध्यान देने वाली बात है कि बिहार शिक्षक सक्षमता परीक्षा में लगभग 2.21 लाख कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टीचर्स शामिल हुए थे। आपको बता दें कि ये परीक्षाएं बिहार सरकार कई सालों से करवा रही है। यह परीक्षा सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ा रहे लगभग 3.5 लाख संविदा शिक्षकों को सरकारी कर्मचारी का दर्जा देने के लिए आयोजित कराई जाती है। जिसमें हर टीचर को ये परीक्षा पास करने के लिए 5 मौके (3 ऑनलाइन और 2 ऑफलाइन) दिए जाते हैं। इसके बाद भी जो सक्षमता परीक्षा पास नहीं कर पाते , उन्हें सेवा से हटा दिया जाता है।
