TMKOC की मिसेज सोढ़ी ने जीती कानूनी लड़ाई, असित मोदी को देने होंगे लगभग 30 लाख रुपए
TMKOC शो से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर सामने आ रही है| बताया जा रहा है कि असित मोदी के खिलाफ दायर केस में जेनिफर मिस्त्री की जीत हुई है। यह केस 2023 में दर्ज हुआ था| इस शो में ‘मिसेज सोढी’ का किरदार निभाने वाली जेनिफर मिस्त्री ने रमानी, जतिन और असित मोदी पर यौन उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया था| उस समय प्रोड्यूसर ने कहा की वह पैसों के लिए यह सब कर रही है| अब कोर्ट ने केस का फैसला जेनिफर मिस्त्री (मिसेज सोढी) के हक़ में सुनाया है|
आपको बता दें कि असित मोदी को जेनिफर का सारा बकाया चुकाने और 5 लाख रुपए जुर्माना भरने का निर्देश मिला है। खुद जेनिफर ने इस बात की पुष्टि की है| जेनिफर का कहना है कि फैसला फरवरी में ही आ गया था, लेकिन उन्हें मीडिया में यह बात शेयर करने से मना किया गया था। उन्होंने कहां कि असित मोदी को मुझे 20-25 लाख रुपए देने हैं। इसके अलावा उत्पीड़न के मुआवजे के तौर पर उन्हें 5 लाख रुपए अलग से देना है। जेनिफर ने नाराजगी जताते हुए कहां है कि 15 फरवरी 2024 को ही फैसला आ गया था| तब से अब तक 40 दिन हो चुके हैं| अभी तक मुझे मेरे हक़ के पैसे नहीं मिले हैं|

एक न्यूज चैनल को दिए साक्षात्कार में जेनिफर ने कहा है कि सोहेल रमानी, जतिन और असित मोदी “तीनों में से किसी को भी अबतक कोई सजा नहीं दी गई है| मैंने तीनों के खिलाफ केस किया था| जब यह फैसला सुनाया गया तब सोहेल और जतिन शामिल नहीं थे| मैं खुश नहीं हूँ| ये पैसा मेरा है| मैं पैसा लेना डिजर्व करती हूँ| मैंने यह साबित कर दिया की असित कुमार मोदी सेक्शुअल हैरेसमेंट केस में दोषी हैं, जो कि मैं शुरू से ही जानती थी| इसमें कुछ भी नया नहीं है| तीनों ही खुलेआम घूम रहे हैं| इस बात से वह नाराज हैं।
