Ramadan and Eating Dates: रमजान का पाक महीना शुरू हो चुका है| इसके साथ साथ बाजारों में आपको अच्छी से अच्छी क्वालिटी के खजूर भी देखने को मिल जाएंगे| पर क्या आप जानते है कि रोज़ा खजूर खाकर ही क्यूँ खोला जाता है ? आपको बता दें कि रमजान के महीने में लोग पूरे दिन भूखा रहते है और पानी तक नहीं पीते। बाद में इफ्तारी के वक्त रोज़ा खोला जाता हैं| इफ्तारी पर तरह-तरह के पकवान बनाएं जाते हैं जैसे खीर, हलवा, पापड़, पकौड़ी, फल और शरबत आदि| लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि अजान के बाद सबसे पहले खजूर खा कर ही पानी क्यूँ पिया जाता है। इसके पीछे मुस्लिम धार्मिक मान्यताओं के साथ साथ वैज्ञानिक कारण भी है|
आपको बता दें कि रमजान में खजूर खाने की प्रथा काफी पुरानी है। यह प्रथा पैगंबर मोहम्मद के दौर से चली आ रही है। क्योंकि इस्लाम में खजूर को सुन्नत माना जाता है। कहा जाता है कि ये रिवाज तब से चल रहा है जब इस्लाम के आखरी पैगंबर मुहम्मद सल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम रोज़ा खोलने के लिए खजूर खाया करते थें। साथ ही खजूर पैगंबर हजरत मोहम्मद का पसंदीदा फल भी था।
रमजान में खजूर खाने के वैज्ञानिक कारण
खजूर का सेवन इसलिए भी किया जाता है क्योंकि पूरे दिन भूखे रहने से एनर्जी लेवल कम हो जाता है, जिससे वीकनेस आने की संभावना होती है| खजूर खाने से बॉडी को इंस्टेंट एनर्जी मिल जाती है| इसलिए रोजा खोलने के बाद सबसे पहले खजूर खाना बेहद फायदेमंद होता है| आपको यह भी बता दें कि खजूर पेट की पाचन क्रिया के लिए बहुत अच्छा होता है| साथ ही इसका खाली पेट सेवन करना सेहत के लिए अच्छा माना जाता है| डॉक्टर और हेल्थ एक्सपर्ट नॉर्मल दिनों में खाली पेट खजूर खाने की सलाह देते हैं| क्योंकि खजूर में काफी मात्रा में फाइबर, आयरन, कैलोरी, प्रोटीन, विटामिन और कॉपर होता है| इससे शरीर को काफी ज्यादा एनर्जी मिलती है।
