भीमबेटका की कहानी हमारी जुबानी…..
भारत में संस्कृति इतनी पुरानी रही है जितनी की संभवत पृथ्वी पर मनुष्य का जीवन । वेद और साहित्य से भी पहले भारत की चौहद्दी में मनुष्य रहा करते थें। उनके भी अपने रंग ठंग थे, और एक जीवन शैली भी थी । जी हां, हम बात कर रहे हैं। उस समय की जब भारत में मनुष्य किसी घर में नही बल्कि गुफाओं में रहा करते थे। भारत में निवास करने वाले लोगों के बारे में हमें शायद ही किसी साहित्य या इतिहास की पुस्तक में साक्ष्य मिले। लेकिन मानव सभ्यता की खोज की ललक ने हमें उन तक पहुंचा ही दिया। जहां कभी जीवन अपने एक सामूहिक स्वरूप में तो रहता था लेकिन इकाई एकाकी रही होगी। क्योंकि उस समय न तो यातायात का विकास था और ना ही भौगोलिक स्थिति इतनी सुलभ की किसी अन्य से सम्पर्क साधना आसान हो।
इतिहास की इन्हीं खोजों से हम आपको रू-ब-रू कराने वाले हैं एक ऐसी सभ्यता से जो कभी अपने चित्रकारी के कारण साक्ष्य से जानी जाती है। जी हां हम बात कर रहे भारत के मध्यप्रदेश में भोपाल से लगभग 45 किलोमीटर दूर भीमबेटका की गुफाओं के बारे में।
भीमबेटका की गुफा में क्या है खास….
इंसान अपने अस्तित्व की खोज ना जाने कब से कर रहा है। सैकड़ों सालों से हम इन्हीं बातों को जानने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि आखिर हम इस धरती पर कब से रह रहे और कहां । आखिर हमारी पुराने जीवन को जीने का आधार क्या था। हमारी इसी ललक ने हमें पहुंचा दिया मध्यप्रदेश के रायसेन जिले से दूर भीमबेटका की गुफाओं में ।
भीमबेटका की गुफा में रहने वाले लोग शायद 20 से 25 लाख साल पहले यहां अपना जीवन जीते होगें। उस समय जब कि मनुष्य पत्थर के औजार शायद ही बनाये होगें। क्या आपको पता है कि इसी समय मनुष्यों ने आग को खोजा था । इन बातों से मन मे कितना कौतूहल होता है कि हमारे देश में उस वक्त भी एक जीवन फल फूल रहा था। ऐसी ही थोड़ी कही जाती है कि भारत की सभ्यता संस्कृति हजारो लाखो साल पुरानी है। तब जब शायद ही धरती पर कोई समानांतर जीवन पनप रहा हो।
कैसे पता चला कि भीमबेटका में कोई रहता था….
कई पुरात्तववादियों ने इस बाबत जानने के लिए कई सालों तक रिसर्च किया। जिसमें उन्होनें पाया कि भीमबेटका की गुफाओं में अंदर की ओर कई ऐसे चित्र हैं। जो उस समय के जीवन को बताती हैं। यहां के शैल चित्रों में कई लोगों के एक साथ डांस करते हुए यानी कि सामूहिक नृत्य, शिकार,और मानव जीवन के रोज मर्रा के काम के प्राकृतिक चित्रों की कई श्रृख्लाएं हैं।
आखिर उस समय लोग चित्र कैसे बनाते होगें..
इतिहासकारों की माने तो उस समय हम मनुष्यों का जीवन प्रकृत आधारित था। जीवन का मूल आधार प्रकृति ही थी। आपको लग रह होगा कि क्या उस वक्त हम इंसानो के पास आज के जैसे रंग थे ? ब्रश थी? तो उत्तर है ना। उस समय के लोगों के पास रंग के नाम पर मूल रंग यानि कि गेरूआ लाल सफेद और कहीं कहीं पीला और हरा भी था।जिसे की प्राकृतिक तौर पर पत्थर और मिट्टी आदि से प्राप्त करते थे। भीमबेटका रॉक शेल्टर को वीएस वाकणकर ने 1957 में खोजा था। इसे युनेस्को ने 2003 में व्लर्ड हैरिटेज साइट्स यानी कि विश्व धरोहर स्थल में शामिल किया है।
