कॉर्पोरेट या नैगम शासन व्यवस्था एक ऐसी शासन प्रणाली है, जिससे कोई निगम यानी कंपनी निर्देशित, प्रशासित एवं नियंत्रित होती है। विभिन्न कंपनियों को संचालित करने वाली इस कॉर्पोरेट शासन व्यवस्था का विस्तार जहां दिनोदिन तेजी से हो रहा है वहीं इस शासन व्यवस्था में रोजगार, अनुसंधान के साथ ही नवाचार एवं विकास के भी नए – नए मार्ग खुलते जा रहे हैं।
अगर देखा जाए तो, अपार संभावनाओं वाले इस विशाल कॉर्पोरेट संसार की उन्नति में कोई सबसे अधिक सहायक है तो वो है – भाषा। किसी ने कहा है कि, “एक राष्ट्र की उन्नति में वहां की भाषा काफी अधिक महत्व रखती है।” और आज यही बात कॉर्पोरेट वर्ल्ड पर भी लागू होती है। कॉर्पोरेट वर्ल्ड की उन्नति में भी कहीं न कहीं भाषा काफी सहायक सिद्ध हो रही है। एक समय था जब इस कॉर्पोरेट जगत में सिर्फ और सिर्फ अंग्रेज़ी भाषा को ही महत्व दिया जाता था लेकिन आज इस जगत में अंग्रेज़ी के साथ ही हिंदी एवं अन्य कई प्रांतीय भाषाओं को भी काफी अधिक महत्व दिया जा रहा है। और जहां हिंदी भाषा की बात आती है तो आज कॉर्पोरेट जगत में हिंदी भाषा का प्रयोग अंग्रेज़ी के साथ ही दूसरी बड़ी भाषा के रूप में किया जा रहा है।
- हिंदी के विकास के लिए खासतौर से राजभाषा विभाग का गठन किया गया है। भारत सरकार का राजभाषा विभाग इस दिशा में प्रयासरत है कि केंद्र सरकार के अधीन कार्यालयों में अधिक से अधिक कार्य हिंदी में हो।
- वर्ल्ड इकोनॉमिक फोरम ने एक पॉवर लैंग्वेज इंडेक्स तैयार किया है। इस इंडेक्स में वो भाषाएं शामिल हैं जो वर्ष 2050 तक दुनिया की सबसे शक्तिशाली भाषाएं होंगी। हिंदी भी इस रैंकिंग में टॉप 10 भाषाओं में शामिल है।
- वर्ष 2050 तक हिंदी दुनिया की सबसे शक्तिशाली भाषाओं में इसलिए शामिल हो जाएगी क्योंकि हिंदी अब बाज़ार और अर्थव्यवस्था की भाषा भी बनने लगी है।
- लिखने-पढ़ने की बात हो या बोलने की। देश-दुनिया में हिंदी लोकप्रिय भाषा के रूप में उभर रही है। इंटरनेट से इसे एक नई ताकत मिली है। आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि, देश के डिजिटल वर्ल्ड में, अंग्रेजी की तुलना में हिंदी कॉन्टेंट की मांग 5 गुना तेज़ी से बढ़ी है।
- भारतीय युवाओं के स्मार्टफोन में औसतन 32 एप्स होते हैं, जिनमें से 8 या 9 हिंदी के हैं। आज का युवा यूट्यूब पर 93 प्रतिशत हिंदी वीडियो देखता है।
- डिजिटल मीडिया में भी हिंदी कॉन्टेंट की मांग 94 प्रतिशत की दर से बढ़ रही है जबकि अंग्रेजी कॉन्टेंट की मांग 19 प्रतिशत की दर से बढ़ रही है।
