3 दिसंबर को बंगाल की खाड़ी में आ सकता है चक्रवाती तूफान, किन राज्यों में रह सकता है असर
IMD CYCLONE FORCAST IN DECEMBER: भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग यानी कि आईएमडी ने गुरूवार को बंगाल की खाड़ी में चक्रवाती तूफान को लेकर एक आशंका जताई है। आईएमडी ने एक बुलेटिन जारी कर कहा है कि 3 दिसंबर के आसपास बंगाल की खाड़ी के दक्षिण-पश्चिम हिस्से के ऊपर चक्रवाती तूफान के आने की संभावना बन रही है। आईएमडी ने बताया है कि यह चक्रवाती तूफान का असर उड़ीसा के समुद्री इलाकों को कम ही प्रभावित करेगा। हालांकि इस संभावित चक्रवात के प्रभाव का आकलान शुक्रवार को समुद्र में बने दबाव के अध्ययन के बाद ही किया जा सकता है।
इसी बीच आईएमडी ने अपने बुलेटिन में बताया है कि बंगाल की खाड़ी और उससे सटे इलाकों में कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बन रहा है। यह कम दबाव का क्षेत्र दक्षिण-अंडमान के उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन आगे जाकर बंगाल की खाड़ी के दक्षिण-पूर्व हिस्से के ऊपर ठहर रहा है। मौसम विभाग की माने तो आने वाले 24 घंटे में बंगाल की दक्षिण-पूर्व खाड़ी के ऊपर भारी दबाव बनने की संभावना है।
आईएमडी ने यह भी कहा कि संभावित चक्रवात के रास्ते और अन्य मापदंडो के बारे में बेहतर अनुमान अवसाद के मापन के बाद ही किया जा सकता है। इसलिए इससे सटे इलाके यानी कि उड़ीसा के तट के लिए अभी किसी प्रकार की चेतावनी जारी नहीं की गई है। और चक्रवात के प्रभाव को लेकर कोई अग्रिम आकलन नहीं दिया जा रहा ।
आईएमडी ने इस बाबत कहा है कि यह दबाव का क्षेत्र धीरे-धीरे उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ रहा है। तीन दिसंबर के आसपास यह बंगाल की खाड़ी के दक्षिण-पश्चिम इलाके में चक्रवात के रूप में बदल सकता है। संभावित चक्रवात के उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए तमिलनाडु तथा आंध्र प्रदेश के तट के दक्षिण इलाकों तक पहुंचने के आसार है। यह संभावित चक्रवात 4 दिसंबर की सुबह तक अपने रूप में विकसित होने के आसार है।
