भारतीय नौसेना का अब असली में हो रहा भारतीयकरण..
नई दिल्ली। भारतीय सेना का आधार ब्रिटिश समय का रहा है। सेना के लगभग हर नियम कायदे कानून अंग्रेजों के जमाने के है। लेकिन अब भारत सरकार इस ओर काफी गंभीर रूप से विचाराधीन है। इसी ओर आ रहे बदलावों में से एक बदलाव की बिगुल भारतीय नौ सेना में बजने की उम्मीद है।
इससे पहले भारतीय नौ सेना में भारतीय परंपरागत परिधानों को नही पहना जा सकता था । मेहमान हो या नौ सेना के अधिकारी। कोई भी खाने तक के समारोह में तय ड्रेस कोड ही पहन कर जा सकते थे। किसी को भी यह छूट नहीं थी कि वह सेना में चले आ रहे इन ब्रिटिशकालीन नियमों को तोड़ सके।
होने वाला है बदलाव..
दिल्ली में नौसेना का कमाडर कॉन्फ्रेंस चल रहा है। इस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कई अन्य प्रोजेक्टस के साथ मेस और सेरेमनी में इंडियन ड्रेस को पहनने पर भी बात हो रही है। नौसेना ने अपने जारी ब्यान में बताया कि वह कई अन्य प्रोजेक्टस भी शोकेस कर रहे हैं। इन शोकेस में भारतीय परिधान जैसे कुर्ता पैजामा जैसे भारतीय परंपरागत परिधानों को भी दिखाया गया। इन्हें सिविल ड्रेस के अन्तर्गत रखा गया। जिसे कि मेस या अन्य सेरेमनी में भी पहना जा सकता है। बताते चलें कि इससे पहले भारतीय नौसेना में सिर्फ वेस्टर्न ड्रेस ही पहनने की इजाजत थी।
प्रधानमंत्री के पंच प्राण का है हिस्सा..
पिछले साल प्रधानमंत्री के लाल किला के प्राचीर से पंच प्राण की बात की गई थी। इन पंच प्राणों में से एक भारत को गुलामी की मानसिकता से बाहर निकालना भी है। प्रधानमंत्री ने लाल किले की प्राचीर से इस बात पर काफी जोर दिया था कि हमारी व्यवस्था में ब्रिटिश मानसिकता का काफी असर है। और अगर हमें इसे जड़ से खत्म करना है तो हमें अपने को भारतीयता के रंग में रंगना होगा। भारतीय नौसेना में अभी तक चली आ रही ब्रिटिशकालीन परंपरा और कपड़े भी इसका एक प्रतीक है। भारतीय नौसेना में ही भारत के पारंपरिक पिरधानों की मनाही से भारतीयकरण करना मुश्किल है।
