नईदिल्ली। दिल्ली के पूर्व महापौर और हिन्दी के पुरोधा श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी की द्वितीय पुण्यतिथि पर उनकी याद और हिन्दी दिवस के अवसर पर श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा न्यास समिति की ओर से दिल्ली के कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
स्मृति कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया। कार्यक्रम में संघ के सदस्य,गणमान्य अतिथि तथा श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के जीवन काल के दौरान राजनीतिक,समाजिक और शैक्षणिक जीवन में सहयोगी और सहभागी रहे लोगों ने भी बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया।
स्मृति आयोजन में माननीय सुरेश जैन (वरिष्ठ प्रचारक एवं राष्ट्रीय संगठन मंत्री,भारत विकास परिषद ) श्रद्धेय श्री अजय भाई जी,श्री मूल चंद चावला जी,श्री रश्मि गोयला जी,श्री रमेंश कौशिक जी,श्री तरूण शर्मा जी और श्री राकेश शर्मा जी ने अपने मुखारविंद से श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के साथ बिताये समय और उनसे पाई सीखों को याद किया।
श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा स्मृति न्यास द्वारा पिछले साल की भांति इस साल भी दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को न्यास की ओर से छात्रवृति वितरण किया गया। 3100 रूपये की सहयोग राशी के साथ कुल 25 बच्चों को प्रदान किया गया।
श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा स्मृति न्यास की ओर से हिन्दी शिक्षक सम्मान(विधालय),हिन्दी शिक्षक सम्मान(महाविधालय)तथा हिन्दी पत्रकारिता सम्मान दिया गया। हिन्दी पत्रकारिता सम्मान पाने वोलों में अशोक श्रीवास्तव,विपिन गुप्ता, शभूनाथ पांडेय, राम गोपाल शर्मा तथा सुभाष चन्द्र शामिल थें ।शिक्षक सम्मान पाने वालों में सपना रतना शाह ,राघवेन्द्र शर्मा,मंजू जी,रेखा शर्मा,प्रो विरेन्द्र भारद्वाज आदि शामिल थें।
कार्यक्रम की शुरूआती वक्ता के तौर पर श्रद्धेय श्री अजय भाई ने कहा कि श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी समय के बहुत पाबंद व्यक्ति थे। उन्होंने श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के जीवन से चरित्र निर्माण के गुण को अपनाने की बात की। कार्यक्रम के दूसरे अन्य व्कताओं ने भी श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के जीवन स्मृतियों को दोहराया और सभी ने उनके समय के बड़े पाबंद होने की बात की।कार्यक्रम के अंत में वक्ता के तौर पर श्री सुरेश भाई जी ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और श्री महेश जी के जीवन चरित्र को अपनाने की बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी पेशे से शिक्षक थें और अगर भारत को फिर से कोई सोने की चिड़ियां बना सकता है तो वह है शिक्षक। सभी वक्ताओं ने श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के समय के प्रति सम्मान और जन मानस से जुड़ाव के गुणों की बात की।
सभी वक्ताओं ने श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी के राजनीतिक,सामाजिक और शैक्षणिक जीवन को याद करते बताया कि इनका जन्म 14 मार्च 1937 को एक मध्य वर्गीय परिवार के जहांगीराबाद में हुआ। ये 1971 में किशन गंज,सराय रोहिल्ला क्षेत्र से पार्षद बनें,आपातकाल में जेल भी गए।पुन: 1977 में सराय रोहिल्ला क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़े।2002 तक पार्षद के रूप में सेवा दी। वे आपातकाल बन्दी स्मरण समिति के साथ साथ विवेकानंद पुरी शिव मन्दिर समिति के संस्थापक भी रहें।दिल्ली सरकार पाठ्यक्रम निर्माण समिति के सदस्य के साथ साथ हमारे नैतिक मूल्य पुस्तक का लेखन भी किया। महेश जी सहकारी आन्दोलन से जुड़े रहने के साथ ही हिन्दी लेखन का कार्य भी किया।1989 में हिन्दी अकादमी द्वारा सर्वश्रेष्ठ हिन्दी अध्यापक के तौर पर सम्मानित किया गया।2010 के राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में राजभाषा को समुचित न्याय दिलाने की पैरोकारिता की और सफल भी हुए।भारत विकास परिषद के दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तथा राष्ट्रीय मंत्री के रूप में अपनी भूमिका निभाई।1984 में हिन्दी साहित्य सम्मेलन के प्रबंध मंत्री तथा 1996 में महामंत्री रहें।गौ सदन हरेवी के ट्रस्टी औऱ गोसदन फाउन्डेशन की स्थापना भी की। ब्राह्मण महासभा के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष और कारपोरेट मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य, चौपाल के संरक्षक भी रहें। श्री महेश चंद्र शर्मा जी 9 जून 2021 को मोहजगत को छोड़ आगे की यात्रा पर चल दिए। न्यास समिति हर वर्ष उनकी याद में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करती है।
