एआई है विकास के लिए जरूरी पर जरा सावधानी से- प्रधानमंत्री मोदी
GPAI SUMMIT 2023: दिल्ली में आयोजित ग्लोबल पार्टनरशिप ऑन आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस( जीपीएआई) शिखर सम्मेलन में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शिरकत की। भारत मंडपम में जीपीएआई का उदघाटन करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने ग्लोबल एआई एक्सपो का भी अवलोकन किया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने एआई आधारित उपकरणों के दुरूपयोग को लेकर कहा कि एआई के नैतिक जिम्मेदारी के लिए वैश्विक ढ़ांचा बनाने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि 21 सदी में एआई विकास का सबसे बड़ा जरिया बन सकती है लेकिन इसके साथ ही यह सदी के विनाश की भी समान रूप से ताकत रखती है।
उन्होंने डीपफेक, साइबर सुरक्षा और डेटा के गलत इस्तेमाल को लेकर चिंता जाहिर की। साथ ही कहा कि एआई उपकरणों का आतंकवादियो के हाथों में पड़ना एक गंभीर खतरे को जन्म दे सकता है। अगर एआई से लैस हथियार चरमपंथी संगठनों के हीथ लग जाते हैं तो यह निश्चित रूप से किसी भी सरकार के लिए बड़ा खतरा साबित हो सकता है। एआई के दुरूपयोग को रोकने के लिए एक ठोस योजना बनाने पर भी जोर देने की बात की। प्रधानमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि भारत ने जी 20 की अध्यक्षता करते हुए एआई के लिए एक जिम्मेदार, मानव-केंद्रित शासन ढ़ांचा बनाने की वकालत की थी।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि आज कि दुनिया एआई के साथ एक नये युग में प्रवेश कर रही है। एआई आने वाले समय में भविष्य को तय करने का आधार साबित हो सकती है। भारत अपनी ओर से कृत्रिम बुद्धि( एआई ) के प्रति जिम्मेदारी और इसके नैतिक उपयोग के लिए पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आज के समय में भारत एआई से जुड़ी प्रतिभा और नए विचारों का वैस्वक स्तर पर एक उभरता हुआ बाजार है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस बात पर काफी जोर दिया कि उनकी सरकार देश में सामाजिक और समावेशी विकास के लिए कृत्रिम बुद्धि (एआई) के इस्तेमाल की भरपूर कोशिश करेगी। प्रधानमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि एआई को सर्वसमावेशी बनाने पर ही इसके अधिक समावेशी परिणाम देखने को मिल सकते हैं।
