Niti Ayog: नीति आयोग आज यानी कि 8 नवंबर बुधवार को नई दिल्ली के पार्क होटल में नारी शक्ति, महिलाओं के नेतृत्व विकास को लिए एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन करने जा रहा है। इस तरह की कार्यशालाओं का उद्देश्य सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास का नेतृत्व करने के लिए महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए योग्य रणनीतियों की पहचान करना और विकसित करना है। यह कार्यशाला नई दिल्ली में जी 20 सम्मेलन में की गई घोषणा के 10 विषयों में से एक है। यह कार्यशाला जी 20 फीडर से जुड़ी कार्यशालाओं की श्रृख्ला में से आठवीं कार्यशाला है। महिला विकास से जुड़ी इस कार्यशाला का नॉलेज पार्टनर आईएसएसएजीई है। आईएसएसएजीई लैंगिक समानता पर काल करने वाली संस्था है।
यह कार्यशाला लैंगिक समानता और सशक्तिकरण पर काम करने वाले विशेषज्ञों, उद्यमियों तथा शिक्षाविदों को एक साथ लाने का काम करेगी। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य नई दिल्ली में किए गए जी 20 सम्मेलन की घोषणा में उल्लिखित परिणामों को प्राप्त करना है। इस कार्यशाला के माध्यम से वांछित पिरणामों को पाने के लिए आवश्यक संसाधनों की पहचान करना है। कार्यशाला को चार खंडों में बांट कर किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक खंड को लक्ष्य विशिष्ट कार्य बिंदुओं और रणनीतियों में लागू करने की आवश्यकता है।
कार्यशाला के माध्यम से अर्थव्यवस्था में महिलाओं में आर्थिक और सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए तथा कार्यबल में महिलाओं की सार्थक भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न मार्गों को खोजना है। कार्यशाला के माध्यम से महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह के नेतृत्व में कृषक उत्पादक संगठन और ग्रामीण महिलाओं की नेतृत्व क्षमताओं को विकसित करने की कोशिश होगी। इस कार्ययोजनाओं की मद्द से महिला समूह निर्विवाद रूप से रोजगार प्राप्त करने, वित्तीय स्वतंत्रता पाने तथा अपनी क्षमताओं में सुधार की सपनों को पूरा कर पाएंगी।
महिला उद्यमिता को मजबूत कर डिजिटल और कौशल अंतर को समाप्त कर नौकरियों में उनकी पहुंच को सुनिश्चित करना ही इस तरह की कार्यशालाओं की अंतिम लक्ष्य है। डिजिटल और वित्तीय सेवाओं तक महिलाओं की पहुंच उनकी श्रम शक्ति भागीदारी का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रवर्तक सिद्ध हो सकती है। इसके साथ ही महिलओं के सशक्तिकरण के लिए कानूनी सुरक्षा उपाय को सुनिश्चित कर उन्हें न्याय तक सुगम पहुंच दे कर शक्तिशाली अवसर को प्रदान करना आज के समय की जरूरत है। इस तरह की कार्यशाला उद्योग, शिक्षाविदों, विशेषज्ञों और नागरिक समाज के प्रतिनिधियों के लिए व्यापक लैंगिक समानता और सश्कितकरण के लिए एक रूपरेखा तैयार करने और सहयोग के अवसर प्रदान करेगी।
