तंत्र का नाम सुनते ही लोग डर जाते हैं. तंत्र को नाकारात्मक रूप से लेते हैं. लेकिन, सच्चाई यह नहीं है. असल में, तंत्र भारतीय विद्या, भारतीय रीति-रिवाज का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग है. वेदों में इस विद्या का विस्तार से वर्णन है. तंत्र शास्त्र का मूल अथर्ववेद में पाया जाता है. तंत्र शास्त्र 3 भागों में विभक्त है आगम तंत्र, यामल तंत्र और मुख्य तंत्र. तंत्र को अंग्रेजी में ऑकल्ट कहा जाता है, जिसे अगर सरल शब्दों में समझे तो ये मन्त्रों से काम करने वाली एक तरह की सिस्टम में ढली टेक्नोलॉजी है.
तंत्र: सनातन विद्या, रीति-रिवाज का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग
आपको बता दें कि तंत्र का ज्ञान स्वयं आदियोगी शिव ने दिया है. तंत्र के माध्यम से ही प्राचीनकाल में घातक किस्म के हथियार बनाए जाते थे. जैसे पाशुपतास्त्र, नागपाश, ब्रह्मास्त्र आदि. इसी तरह तंत्र से ही सम्मोहन, त्राटक, त्रिकाल, इंद्रजाल, परा, अपरा और प्राण विधा का जन्म हुआ है. भगवान शिव के बाद भगवान दत्तात्रेय तंत्र के दूसरे गुरु हुए है. भगवान शिव ने विद्या तंत्र साधना देकर मानव समाज के भविष्य को सुरक्षित किया.
तंत्र की गलत व्याख्या के कारण ही मनुष्य तंत्र और तांत्रिक शब्द से भयभीत होता है, जबकि मनुष्य के तंत्रिका तंत्र को पुष्टि प्रदान करने का कार्य सिर्फ तंत्र साधना ही करती है. मन के विस्तार का और वसुधैव कुटुंबकम के भाव की जागृति तंत्र साधना में निहित है.
नाथ परंपरा में गुरु गोरखनाथ का विशेष स्थान
बाद में 84 सिद्ध, योगी, शाक्त और नाथ परंपरा का प्रचलन रहा है. नाथ परंपरा में गुरु गोरखनाथ और नवनाथों का विशेष स्थान है. गोरखनाथ के गुरु मत्स्येंद्रनाथ थे. तंत्र विज्ञान में यंत्रों की जगह मानव शरीर में मौजूद विद्युत शक्ति का उपयोग कर उसे परमाणुओं में बदला जा सकता है.
इसलिए चीजों की रचना, परिवर्तन और विनाश का बड़ा भारी काम बिना किन्हीं यंत्रों की सहायता के तंत्र द्वारा हो सकता है. भैरव, वीर, यक्ष, गंधर्व, सर्प, किन्नर, विद्याधर, दस महाविद्या, पिशाचनी, योगिनी, यक्षिणियां आदि सभी तंत्रमार्गी देवी और देवता हैं. तंत्र साधना में शांति कर्म, वशीकरण और मारण नामक छह तांत्रिक षट कर्म होते हैं. इसके अलावा नौ प्रयोगों का भी वर्णन मिलता है. मारण, मोहनं, स्तंभनं, विदेवषण, उच्चाटन, वशीकरण, आकर्षण, यक्षिणी साधना, और रसायन क्रिया. तांत्रिक साधना का मूल उद्देश्य सिद्धि से साक्षात्कार करना है.
