Himalaya: हिमालय यानी कि बर्फ की चादर में लिपटी हुई रहस्यमयी दुनिया का आभास कराता कोई देवालय। असीम खूबसूरती को अपने में समेटे यह पर्वत तिब्बत के पठार से भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप तक फैली है। इसने अपने दामन में विश्व की कई उंची चोटियों को स्थान दे रखा है और ना जाने कितने रहस्यमयी कहानियों को खुद में समेटे है। इन रहस्यों के बारे में शायद ही सभी को जानकारी हो। सिर्फ पर्यटक ही नहीं वैज्ञानिक भी इसके सौंदर्य और रहस्य को देखकर आश्चर्यचकित हो उठते हैं। आज हम आपको हिमालय की ऐसी ही कुछ अनसुलझे से सच से रू-ब-रू कराने की कोशिश करूंगा।
इस कड़ी में हम आपको घूमा लाते हैं रूपकुंड झील। जी हां रूपकुंड झील को कंकालों की झील भी कहते हैं। उत्तराखंड के चमोली है यह झील। इसी झील में एक बार लगभग 200 से ज्यादा मनुष्यों के कंकाल को देखा गया था। ये कंकाल हजारों साल से पहले के माने जाते हैं।
इसी तरह की एक और कहानियों को खूद में समेटे है गंगखुर पुनसुम। यह एक पहाड़ नहीं बल्कि कई रहस्यमयी कहानियों को अपने अंदर समेटे विचित्रता का जीता जागता उदाहरण है। इसके बारे में कहा जाता है कि जब कभी भी इसे नापने की कोशिश की जाती है आंकड़े अलग-अलग आते हैं। कुछ लोगों का मानना है कि यहां हिम मानव (येति) रहते हैं। हिमालय को गोद में हिम मानव देखने के कई किस्से है। कई लोगों ने इसे देखने तक का दावा तक किया है। क़िस्से-किंवदंतियों का किरदार येति हिमालय की गोद में बसे गांव जवार के लिए श्रद्धा और कौतूहल का विषय रहा है।
कहा जाता है कि हिमालय प्राचीनकाल से देवी देवताओं और साधुओं का घर रहा है। इसी वजह से यहां कैलाश, मानसरोवर, अमरनाथ, केदारनाथ, बद्रीनाथ, देवप्रयाग सहित कई तीर्थ स्थान है। कहा जाता है कि हिमालय के पास एक ऐसा जगह भी है जिसे हम आम लोग देख नहीं सकते और ना ही जा सकते है। हिमालय और तिब्बत के आसपास के क्षेत्रों में किंवदंतियां और कहानियां है कि यहां ज्ञानगंज नाम की एक जगह है। जो कि पृथ्वी के समय से पर है। यहां असाधारण और आध्यात्मिरक शक्तियों के लोग रहते हैं। कहा जाता है कि यहां कई ऐसे ऋषि-मुनि रहते हैं जिन्होंने अपने तप के दम पर शरीर के भौतिक तत्व पर विजय प्रप्त कर ली है। वे जब चाहे ज्ञानगंज से यहां आ और जा सकते हैं। परमहंस योगानंद ने अपनी किताब योगी एक आत्मकथा में अपने गुरु महावतार बाबाजी के बारे में लिखा है कि वे सदियों पुराने अमर ऋषि है। उन्होंने अपने गुरु विशुद्धानंद के बारे में बतातें हैं कि वे सूर्य विज्ञान सीखने के लिए ज्ञानगंज गए थे।
