क्या है ड्रोन दीदी स्कीम ? महिला सशक्तीकरण की ओर मोदी जी का एक और मजबूत कदम
सरकार ने महिला सशक्तीकरण की ओर अपने मजबूत कदम बढ़ाते हुए इस साल 2024 के अंतरिम बजट में नमो ड्रोन दीदी स्कीम के लिए अलग से 500 करोड़ रूपए का आवंटन किया है। पिछले साल इस स्कीम के लिए 200 करोड़ रूपए आवंटित किए गए थे। नमो ड्रोन स्कीम महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के साथ साथ कृषि क्षेत्र में उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिए लाया गया है। आइए इस स्कीम के बारे में विस्तार से जानते हैं।
कब शुरू हुई नमो ड्रोन स्कीम ?
नमो ड्रोन स्कीम को साल 2022 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। इस स्कीम के अंतर्गत कुल 1 लाख महिलाओं को अगले पांच सालों में प्रशिक्षित किया जाना है। इसे पूरे देश में कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों की मदद से लागू किया जा रहा है।
नमो ड्रोन दीदी स्कीम में महिलों को ड्रोन उड़ाने से लेकर डेटा विश्लेषण और इसके रखरखाव के बारे में सिखाया जाता है। ड्रोन के इस्तेमाल से कृषि कार्यों के संपादन की ट्रेनिंग भी दी जाती है। इसमें फसलों की निगरानी के साथ-साथ उर्वरकों, कीटनाशकों और बीज की बुआई भी शामिल है।
ड्रोन दीदी स्कीम का क्या है फायदा ?
देशभर में ड्रोन दीदी स्कीम के जरिए ना सिर्फ महिलओं को सशक्त बनाया जाएगा, बल्कि आज के समय में उन्नत तकनीकों की मदद से जीवन के व्यवहारिक पक्षों को जोड़ना भी सिखाया जाएगा। आज के समय की मांग है कि तकनीकों के इस दौर में महिलाएं भी अग्रणी भूमिका में रहें। ड्रोनों की मदद से कृषि की पैदावार को बढ़ाने और इसमें लिंग विषमता को कम करने के उद्देश्य से इस पहल की शुरूआत की गई है। यह भारत सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी पहल में से एक है।
सरकार का लक्ष्य अगले 3 सालों में 10 लाख महिलाओं को ड्रोन उड़ाने तथा इसके रखरखाव में प्रशिक्षित करने और कृषि में इसके इस्तेमाल को आसान बनाने के लिए किया जा रहा है। सरकार ड्रोनों के लिए प्रशिक्षण, मरम्मत और चार्जिंग स्टेशनों का निर्माण कर रही है।
